I wouldn’t yet. They’ve got a good bit in that soil already. I would probably give them at least a month before thinking about it unless they showed deficiency before.

You are good. Water only through veg. 1-2 months. Really only add nutes if the plants need em. Protein shakes ain’t for newborns and overfeeding hurts plants. The patience and faith required to grow benefit us soo much. LITFA
