Alright OG fam it’s OFFICIAL WE OWN THE HOUSE finally all taken care of signing the papers here in lil bit I’m so stoked it’s our first house my first house ever an my wife’s first house ever also wow OUR HOME lol kinda weird saying that lol anywho hope all u OG fam have a wonderful night

Check this out. If you can swing it. Its way worth it.
If you make a half payment every two weeks (or more if possible) will cut your 30 year mortgage by about ten years. Think about saving ten years of interst. In effect you would be making 26 half payments instead of 12full payments. Plus you make that extra payment on the back side of your loan, building equity. Thats important because when you make a standard payment, most of it goes toward the interest. Plus if/when you try to sell and upgrade, all that equity you have been saving will go nicely on that new house.
Just something to think about.

This process was a FUCKIN NIGHTMARE the loan lady was a dumb shit she almost costed us the house like 4-5 times we almost walked away also like seriously I shed tears during the process was such an emotional rollercoaster even our realtor lady was is like WTF is that lady doing but it’s over with we got the house now it’s time to talk to the loan lady’s Boss cause she’s definitely not qualified in the job she’s doing no communication texted n email us constantly at 7-9 pm an we try calling her she ignores us cause she’s at tire shop getting a flat fixed or 2 days ago it was she was handing out pies like WTF u have a fuckin client to attend to so ya we calling that lady’s supervisor she’s even told us we’re not supposed to talk to our realtor about the loan process so we told that to our realtor an ya SHE GOT PISSED so she’s going to call her supervisor also we just had to wait for process to be done n over with to talk to her supervisor to keep it from getting worse ANYWHO it’s ours lol THANK U @Gho13 for the compliment hope u have a great day friend
