Remember how grumpy you got cleaning them all up a few weeks back?
How tough do you think harvesting all that is going to be?

Well, last year all 3 of us had a system going. No one needed to be told anything, it was clockwork. Dad and I did setup, Dad likes to cut down the buds and wash them. Iād help with wash then hang dry in front of the fan. By the time we had about 1/4 of the plant hung, the first washed bud is dry enough to trim. My Man usually showed later due to work and runs all the bud Dad and I trimmed through the bud trimmer and into the drying racks, and most of the cleanup. lol
Having said that, the biggest plants, took us 2 - 3 days with all 3 of us. Dad and I could knock out the container plants though in a day with time to spare. We were at it at least 3 days a week for over a month. Clear into December with my strawberry diesels.
Did I mention I have trim rage? Itās a thing.

Manā¦Love I the stories and interactionā¦Great thread!
Iām generally a content āfly on the wallā takin it all inā¦
Wondering if I may glean an opinionā¦
Meeshā¦and gangā¦since weāre on the topic of nutes.(Meesh I hope you donāt mind)
Iād appreciate any comments on these (non) webbed f2āsā¦(web genes should be in some of these) they didnāt show the webbed trait in this phenoā¦likely buriedā¦but showed the secondary recessive Auto flower trait (hence still growing them
out)ā¦Iām hoping to find the webbed trait again in the f3ās of this phenoā¦
Notice how the Purple pheno is nute deficient while the Green pheno is fineā¦The Green pheno has better bud density and resin so I left nutes status quo rather than compromise my favorite phenoā¦(hopefully it has buried heterozygous webbed and Auto genes)
Any general thoughts on deficiencies? Or just a big nitrogen pig?
These are all f2 siblings in this potā¦
Looks like Nitrogen in the back and cal/mag in the front to me.
I has been using the fishbone meal which has a touch of N and more P (.5-4-0) for the extra calcium and itās supposed to give flavor to the buds. Nectar for the Gods Tritonās Trawl is the stuff Iām using.
Out watering today (covered in OFF! this time) and I noticed that the top colas on both the blue dream and blue gelato are the size of pringle cans. Itās only August! Holy Buds, Batman! They are already so big that instead of excited, Iām nervous about bud rot. These colas are gonna be huge and dense. This is the first time I have grown the Blue Dream in the ground, my container plant buds were nice, but not even on the same level as this plant. Iām certain that the Mammoth P has them growing extra fat and Iām also wondering if this seed that came from Humboldt Seed Co is just plain superior genetically from the seeds Iāve grown before. I got the others from reputable seed banks too, but didnāt this strain come from Humboldt seed originally? Itās probably the closest I can get to the original, next to a clone of this strain. I recently bought a pack of blue dream seeds, but Humboldt seed isnāt selling them at this time, they have new crosses with it. Hope the new seeds I got are as good as my current one.
I grew Blue Dream From Humboldt seed a few years ago and they were monsters , I have had excellent results with their clones and seed , My garden is all Humboldt Seed Co / Dark Heart Nursery is another one of their partners . The local collective here still has Blue Dream Clones . History
GEOGRAPHIC ORIGIN: California, USA
STORY: Blue Dream began in the beach town of Santa Cruz, California as a medicinal clone. This excellent cross between Blueberry and Haze has become a favored staple on the West Coast, predominantly in California.
Smelly yet? I just got a first whiff of GDP x Red & itās mmm-mmm-goodā¦
@cannabissequoia itās hard to smell anything past the Orange Goji, but the stem rub is a wonderful grape soda or candy smell. If I knew it would be such a petite plant, I would have kept the second female that I gave to @WMoon518 lol Hope he does her justice!
Bought a cheap food saver vacuum sealer for 80 bucks! It is awesome! So simple and easy. Even a moron could use it. lol Anyway, we sealed up the remainder of the 2019 bud in 1 ounce packages, so we only have to unseal a mason jarās worth at a time. Good thing Iām growing 2 more skunk plants as all 3 of us squabbled for the last ounce. Dammit! Youād think being the grower I would have won, especially since the dudes had at least 4 ounces left of their beloved Kush, but I didnāt. Fuckers! lol
Hey @gramps are you getting fan leaf fade right now too? Just making sure that Iām not tripping thinking there is a problem as itās only August.
Did you get the mason jar vacuum attachment with the sealer as well? I just got mine a week ago and have been having fun with it.
Cheers

I got some hose attachment with it, but I didnāt really know what itās for or how to use it. My Food Saver is pretty basic, when we picked up more bags at Target they only had these fancy 200 dollar ones that had all these bells and whistles. Mine is super basic and just easy as hell. Honestly, Iāll probably never use it for anything but my weed. lol
Thatās the bong part
LMFAO!!!
We got ours a couple months ago and re-bagged everything in the freezer (it was full)
I got this attachment for doing jars
I sealed my CBD grow and then my Northern Lights

Cool, I got the hose attachment, I may need to order the part for jars. Thatās cool. Is it easy as pie also?
Super easy. Your hose attachment plugs into the top, hit the button, screw on the jarās retaining ring and you are done.
Iām not sure about how much air it is removing from the jar, I expect it is something like half. I also seal a Boveda pack in the jar to control the humidity .

With how well that thing seals, my guess is itās probably pulled it all out.
My girls fans started yellowing and dropping a few weeks ago and a couple a month ago . They done their part now letting more sun in I donāt worry as long as all the new growth is vibrant green . Its almost September a lot of changes in the next few weeks .
