If you want to practice with it, just start checking all the liquids in your refrigerator. Apparently, pineapple juice is nearly pure sugar.
Also, you need a bright enough light in the room when you look through it. Brighter light makes the line more distinct and donāt forget to turn the eyepiece if itās blurry. Donāt forget to turn the iron off. Donāt forget to drink enough water. Donāt forget to bring a towel. Donāt forget to take care and brush your hair!

In all seriousness @Solowolf, I have some sugar water in the fridge that I made for the hummingbird feeder. Iām gonna fool around with that first. Iāve got work to finish before I fool with my plants, garden and such today. Iāll let you know how it went later tonight.

So, I canāt figure out what in the hell is wrong with Bruce the practice plant. The leaves that arenāt fading are still this really weird shade of green almost brown-orange color. Last feed I gave both container plants a liquid bloom feed. Spectral Tangerine is just fine and Bruce still looks weird. I tried the micronute foliar with no change so today I gave them both a Cal/Mag feed. Iāve looked at every cannabis deficiency and toxicity chart and pic and the only thing resembling the Bruce coloring is a Chlorine deficiency. Thatās impossible. lol Sheās gotten dechlorinated water 95% of the time, but that 5% makes that trace seem silly.
Iām just not understanding this problem and I am so frustrated. The Spectral Tangerine has received every single thing the exact same and she looks quite normal and healthy. Crossing my fingers the cal-mag works if not Iām at a total loss here.

Dad texted and said he threw out most of the bloody skunk joint that I gave him. That was my friendās grow. Talk about spoiled! lol Said it wasnāt his cup of tea. I couldnāt care less really that he threw it out, but it does gain my curiosity since I am his official grower. So far, heās only said that about now 2 different strawberry flavor strains and all of the dark purple auto buds I grew last year. Wondering if the strawberry like flavor runs through them all and that taste just puts him off. He likes other fruity weed, so far just strawberry in particular he doesnāt dig much. Trying to remember what the dark devisl and the dark mixed autoās in @ReikoX mix tasted like. Theyāve been gone and smoked such a long time ago now that I canāt remember any except the āroseā one I got and I didnāt share any of that one. Mostly just remember that I liked them and thinking Dad was nutty at the time. Only curious as I donāt want to end up one year growing a bunch of plants that arenāt his cup of tea. lol For now, Iāll stay away from strawberry I guess. lol

Maybe that Bruce caught an infection in the root zone somewhere?
Also might be worth trying to flush that pot out with like 6.5ph water?

I canāt believe your buds are so far along in flower. Mine are still in early stages of flo. But, theyāre getting that look. Especially the SSDD.

Seems like everyone outdoors ended up flowering kind of early. I wonder if the heat was the cause, but I did read that the earth is as close as it ever gets to the sun in orbit. The Vader OG I have is flowering at least two weeks earlier than last year. It could be where I have it placed in the garden is also different.
@Meesh the Bruce Bruce looks like it took the heat a little worse than the Spectral. Donāt worry too much about it until it gets cooler in the next couple of weeks. If you can, check the brix on it before and after watering. Itās so dry here the leaves are thin and rough like fine sandpaper most of the day. Touch those leaves and see how they feel versus the others.

@GMan Mine werenāt early, most strains here flower around 13 hrs and 43 mins of daylight. Obviously the greater the sativa the longer it takes to flower. Also, anyone who lives North of Southern Cali where I am has longer daylight than I get. You probably had an extra hour or so, it takes longer for the day hours to get to flowering range than my latitude.
@Solowolf Comparing my earliest budding time from last year to this year, it was practically identical in sun hours. Could be the heat on Bruce, but she was looking funky before the heat wave as well. Nothing Iāve given her is working. After trying a flush tomorrow, Iām going to LITFA. As long as the Spectral is fine, Iām good.
@cannabissequoia From what I remember, clones will flower at the same time as their mother plant. If mommy was indoors, that makes perfect sense either that or they prematurely budded from absence of indoor light. Either way, rad! Wish I had new bud ready in 2 -3 weeks.
