I was just wondering this earlier while smoking. Is there a 23 and me or something along the lines of those genetic mappers for cannabis? I think it would be cool and can see it really helping the industry as it gets bigger.

Phylos and there is another in Massachusetts, cannot remember the name.
They do chip based genotyping. The MA one will do full sequencing.
edit:
Medical Genomics in MA:

Both have public “mappings” available based on specific markers.

Damn that’s cool! I need to research some of this!
The strainseek is better structured. Clearer too. but they dont have as big of a dataset as the other POS one. But the genetic relationships are much better to follow.

Ooff that’s a bit pricey but makes sense. Im guessing it will become cheaper as the industry grows.
