no I did that in the 1212 from seed tent unfortunately and I’ve been fighting a mosquito invasion since I guess they laid eggs in the soil because every time I open the tent about 400 mosquitoes attack me I’ve been spraying one and done on them but I think they hatch every damn morning or something I’m losing the battle when I pull them out today I’m going to soak the top of the soil with a one and done and hose the tent

So here’s the deal they and when I say they I mean Cannatrol have two different phases in the machine a dry phase and a cure phase both run for four days on the standard program

if you had checked while you ran your dries you would’ve seen that the machine removes almost all of the water in the first two days. after the second day you really don’t need to empty the tray because it’s already removed all of the water. And there in lies it’s problem it’s way too fast

So unlike what kind of troll claims Cannatrol stupid machine there is no difference in the set up between their dry and their cure
as you have found out if you run the machine at the default settings you will get bud that has a green taste to it and if you put it in the bag with a meter it’ll be at 54 or 55%. In my personal opinion once bud gets to 55% you have ruined it you have lost all the Terps a bunch of power and the only thing you can do is rehydrated but that won’t help the Terps nor the power
Speaking of humidity levels when I went to Colorado and bought all that bud I tested all of it none of it came over 50% not one sample and they’re supposed to be experts yeah

The machine uses dewpoint to do its magic so that’s what you must fool with I leave the temperature at 68 that’s absolutely fine anything under 70 is fine and you won’t lose tarps over 70 you start to degrade

I assume you know how to change the parameters all you do is touch the numbers and it opens the screen where you can adjust them you cannot adjust the first number the 54 dewpoint that is set in stone so that stays at 54

what I have found that works the best is this:
set your dry cycle to six days and set the dewpoint to 53.5
set the cure stage to 53.5 leave the days alone.
starting at day six I will pull a handful of bud out put it in a Ziploc with a meter. i’ll check it once or twice a day from DAY6 on.
once I hit a stable 60 or 61 I will pull it out of the Cannatrol and put it in Grove bags to cure.
You cannot count on the humidity meter built into the Cannatrol because if you do a test you will find out if the meter says the machines at 58 and you pull bud and bag it and check it it will be at 54

you cannot let the bud dip to 54 or you’ve just ruined all of your months work so on your next run set your dewpoint to the 53 five set the drive for six days and start pulling bud bagging it and checking it with a meter if you don’t have a meter they’re cheap as shit on Amazon

ive played with setting but am clueless about what effected what so if i understand the standby settings are not moddable but the dry cure and hold stage can all be customized
