Humidity is low, a dry cold room.
I’ll check my humidity this year.
No fans just cold dry/cure with the fall cold temps in a dry room indoors, so to speak.
As temp fluctuates you get the sweat and humidity needed for better flavors than jar/bag storage. Takes 3 months sometimes longer. When done you can pick a bud directly from it and fire it up.
There’s a window to the final stage.
Storage ripeness I call it.
Can’t remember the numbers on humidity.
Temps were 42 to 55 to 68 on a few warm winter days.
That made it sweat and it became like fresh picked 2 months later. It’s a long experience to open air dry/cure but worth it
.
Then when complete wrap it big time snug for storage. It will keep good that way. Just set it in a cold dry dark place after it’s ready.
The thumb test, wait for snap sound lowest bud on your branch is when you are there general rule.
