These are great questions. In my case, Im pushing 1100-1200 ppfd. I imagine that what is considered “high” ppfd will vary from plant to plant.
The grower stated that he flowered them at 500 ppfd to prevent rhodelization.
I dont know how full-spectrum LED fits into the equation. I will do some more research and share what I find.
