Just getting life back in order and found my old computer so I open site and transfer to ne one.
All is good so far , no more covid for my family .
How are you guys north fairing?
I think we are being made scared now . Everyone around is out and about, like it never happened.
Hi George Hope all is well
Sound like the good old days.
Any progress on the sulfur burn, hope things are looking up.
Keeping an eye on your process just in case.
Got a long hot spell coming on down here. No problems so far, except fungi gnats and high RH, need a dehumidifier though, got a little mold on my last set .
All good here thanks, I have stopped watching the news channels about a month ago. Tired of the hearing about covid constantly, there are other things more important happening on the planet atm.
Yep 1976
I am going to be doing another sulphur burn in the veg tent soon, just as a preventative, not seeing anything on the plants in there atm, but itās cool in there and temps are on the rise.
Still having a war with mites eh?? Damn thatās rough bud. Thatās why I NEVER take clones from ANYONE. Some people get offended by that, butā¦it is what it isā¦
Seen ya have a nice haul even still
Also see youāre doing a bit of chucking too.
I donāt have a clue as to what youāre growing, as I donāt have a clue as to what all those abbreviations mean
Keep rocking broham
You still got @George
Sure, will be on your way if you want ā¦
Whatcha looking for trade wise?
Whats up homie? just checking inā¦
Hi Argo, doing OK thanks, your quiet these days, the job must be keeping you busy
Well they are
BB is Big Bang
BBNK is Banging Big Nosed Kate, as I call it, which is a cross between BB and ( Doc HolidayXC99 ) or BIG Nosed Kate as Paintedfire calls it.
DBHP is Dragons Blood Hash Plant.
Sebs Rev is Sebrings Revenge CBD
Ogers is Ogers
OH is Oregon Huckleberry
OH X PAC is Oregon Huckleberry X Pink Animal Crackers.
SDXSL is Sour Diesel X Snow Lotus.
Hope that helps buddy
Beautiful plants man, looks like you keep yourself busy. Iām going to pull up a chair if you donāt mind
Thanks for your kind words they are very disappointing to me atm with all the mite and light problems, this last year.
Your welcome to watch the show man, but there wont be much happening for a while as I am away for a while in June, so just running down the grow apart from germinating a few seeds for some friends out door grows this year.
I found your thread Saturday and had a quick peek but was just heading out the door for the weekend so only saw your setup in the first couple of posts, I will be lurking there later today once I get my chores done
A late update went away last weekend and forgot
Chopped the Oregon Huckleberry.
some nice frosty buds,
Thought I would kill two birds with one stone, and wash off the pollen from the Ogers and kill any mites on it.
Suspended upside down over a 5 gal bucket of tepid water
All the pollen turned the water yellow .
Cheers all.
Update time.
Temps outside are getting warmer but its up and down so I have switched off the HPS light in the flower room and its back to just the 2 LEDs. With the provincial borders shutting down due to covid it looks like the trip out west is postponed until further notice, so I am in limbo atm. I dont want to start anything in case the borders open again at the end of May
Anyway hereās the Banging Big Nosed Kate and the Big Bang seedlings. Had a request from 2 more people for seedlings to grow outside this year so I germinated another 14 seeds
The 4 BBNK and the DBHP are all doing OK, I did another sulphur burn in here on Wednesday as a preventative, just in case but cant see any mite problems thankfully.
The pregnant Ogers girly she has some seed pods developing nicely with 4 weeks left to go might give her longer.
Sebs Rev at 7 weeks, not doing to bad considering all the mite damage.
The other Sebs Rev at 7 weeks is doing a bit better.
The small Sebs Rev at 9 weeks going to leave her until he big sisters are done.
About 9 cubic ft of soil, I emptied all my pots not being used except for 5 of them equalling another 11 cubic feet roughly with the pots with plants in atm. I need a bigger tarp I think . Going to mix in some compost with seaweed, shrimp, crab and lobster bits in, thatās been sitting in the worm bin for 14 months now. I will remove 25% of this and put it on my vegetable garden, and add the compost and just leave it until I am ready to start again.
Cheers all.
Sorry to hear about your trip. Iāve booked a cottage for July and Iām not even sure if itās going to happen.
Iām waiting on some pollen to impregnate my OGs so Iām jealous of yours. Canada post is very unreliable right now and Iām not sure Iāll get it in time or even at all.
Looking good and all the best.
Cheers man, yeah its hard to know what to do. Even if the provincial borders open up as promised on the 20th May we dont want to get out there and after 3 or 4 weeks find we are stuck not being able to get back because one province shuts down again.
Itās a big mess and I agree you donāt want to get stranded. Iāve got a cousin in university near your neck of the woods and he might get trapped there.
Just as one example of how crazy it is - tickets for camping at Ontario provincial parks are being scalped like at a hockey game.
Itās become a very strange world.
Thats our other concern, we may not be able to re book hotels when we know we can travel, because everyone else is trying to vacation at the same time, when the borders open again
