I skipped the last controller “Upgrade” which was just additional ports (69 Pro+), but nothing else.
Ive been using dual Controller 69s for about a year now, I love having two sensors plugged in providing climate info for two areas of my 2x4. This new controller has that built in, as well as an outside sensor to monitor conditions outside your tent, or if you ulilize a lung room.
This one looks good. Shoulda jumped earlier
I entered code mrgrowit15 and got additional $$$ off.
If youre on the fence… dont forget the discount code! It may just be that push over the edge youre looking for
Should be pretty cool.
Its got pH/EC sensor among others. Can trigger to activate many things. I think theyre going to take on some of the big boys of automation with this stuff.
Now wheres my AC Infinity Drying/Curing machine for $1100 shipped!? (after mrgrowit15 discount, that is)
I’ll be curious to know your thoughts once it arrives but I haven’t been impressed by their controllers at all compared to the NIWA as far as just holding steady the Temp and RH inputs I’ve set. They have way too much fluctuation.
Yes he does!
If anyone is going to out-Cannatrol Cannatrol, its gonna be AC Infinity. Fully realized product with wifi and app controllable. 3- year waranty.
Ive truly underutilized the Controller 69. I wont even begin to tap the capabilities of the Controller AI, Im sure.
Fluctuation in Controller 69 settings can be managed via Dynamic Buffers with set values, but it does take some work. Will minimize things clicking on and off constantly…
I think controllers are fairly personal. I looked at several systems and decided the smart outlet model wasnt for me. After using Controller 69s for a while now with no stability problems in my grows, Im fairly happy. Any issues I have are a result of surrounding environment.
Thankfully, theres products out there to suit most growers’ style and needs.
Ive been saying it since I started growing in April of 2023:
There’s never been a better time to get into growing weed…
I stand by that statement.
If reasonably priced, easy to use automation with wifi control wasnt readily available when I started growing… I most likely would have passed.
