African landraces and heirloom thread

last time you agreed ther was a wild southChinese that flower six weeks or less you told me it changed the pictures that you had of Southeast Asia,
it was comparison of wild versus cultivate Chinese genetics,
also you said that wild genetics trowing out the seeds out the husk

and the wild vietnames genetics wild living the don’t look like twenty weekers :grinning:
so this isn’t even my theory
i thought you you had sharedthis idea

Finally a picture . Geez i swear every single haze/sativa thread turns into whos the real sativa head swinging contest. Who cares all weed is loved/ smoked in my world. I mean I get people have convinctions but its not that big of a deal right? I quit sharing my “haze” grows bc it was of drama. Again theres now an unhybridized sativa page for the purists to enjoy and share/ talk pure equatorial lines.

I dont care about Ace drama, to me they come off as forthcoming especially compared to other breeders. I mean just go to icmag Dubi and other are there 24 7 to help and answer questions. Go ask him over there and end it. From my view their plants look great but im just a homegrower .

That sounds as if you had ridden a motorcycle three times without a helmet and everything would have been fine.

This is simply nonsense, because ACE does not claim that Goldentiger, Zamaldelica, Bangihaze and Panama are landraces. All varieties are officially offered as hybrids on the ACE website.

Holy cow, exactly what I was looking for!
I love community driven “open source” sort of projects, the only way to keep things 100% legit is to keep passion involved and money out of it!

Thanks, as an old forum dweller from back in the day this place really does feel like home already, ain’t nothing like a good forum with a solid community

O look, another account that was created within 30 days to defend ACE’s honor

Riddle me this Batman, what does ACE list as the genetics for Bangi Haze?

Congo x Nepalese, am I right?

But then how come Dubi was letting the forum heads know on icmag about the Dutch genetics that were bred into Bangi Haze but never bothered to update the listing?

They market much of their gear as landrace or landrace crosses or “pure sativas”. When I say hybrid in this instance as in indica influence. It’s obvious that golden tiger is a creation, but it don’t make sense when you combine a 20 week Thai with what’s allegedly a pure 16 week malawi to get a cultivar that flowers in 10-13 weeks with density that makes afghans jealous.

And all proof you have is hearsay, ‘it looks like’ and ‘my experience’.

I have read the last three months of this thread and now know that accounts that engage in ‘ACE astroturfing’ will be deleted immediately. That’s why I’m going to shut the fuck up.

From 2006. So 20 years later and still no update on the listing to reflect haze hybrid influence that he admits to.

Why don’t you stick that in your pipe and smoke it :rofl::rofl:

You want me to chew that coconut curry for you too? Don’t be daft,I found this googling with the key words of our discussion.

Here’s an earlier post for posterity which does not mention the Dutch or white Congo genetics.

You know the irony is that I may end up loving Bangi haze but prioritizing landraces atm.
