Amendment3 Grow Log

Outdoors I have 7 clones from Johnny Potseed. 1. GSC. 2. Grape pupil 3. Skywalker Og 4. Sour diesel 5. Runtz. 6. Alien Og. 7. Grand daddy purple. Then 1 curve breaker from Mendocino Twenty20 clone from last year. 1 Blue dream fem from Destiny genetics. 3 CBD Seed Labs fem cbd only plants. Mtn. Mango, cherry blossom and Lemon G, a CBG plant. Plus 1 volunteer plant, hot mess from mendo twenty20, which is train wreck x glue sniffer.

I am staying with the queen mattress frame for unruly sativas and a new addition. Lathe house I am told from Rhino Buddy. Inspired from a drive through Nebraska. But many in Kansas use this, but did not spark my investment. The Lathe house might be super underrated. Regular soil for the lathe house, coco coir for stand up pots, year 2.

I went with a floating row cover for top cover on the lathe house. You can see the Austrian beans I used as cover crop COVERED in pm. I kept them up due to necessity, but cut them off at ground level. The wet year had pm indoors even.

Here they are today. Trying to use the other plants to fill in. They are doing great at their job. A raccoon did gather some corn and knock some down. I staked them up. The Lemon G is dying from the middle up. I suspect a boring worm. I will cut Friday i think.

The garden today. The roll cover seems to be great. They are also in the ground. The fabric pots keep drying out with this heat and also are uncovered. Might need more nutes due to more sun.
Today I applied chem d pollen from Jaws Genetics open pollination to the lower branches of most plants. These are mostly Johnny Potseed clones. Should be great outcomes.
Edit the sour diesel clones from JP smells beyond description. Clearly I can see why it is a classic. Wow. My first time to smell s.d.

3 grape pupil clone photos. Johnny Potseed.

Lathe house full. 3 foot wide panels times 3 panels. 9 foot long.

Here is sour diesel clone from Johhny potseed up front and touching it is blue dream fem. Both flat and tied down to mattress frame. In background left is grape pupil and right is Grand daddy purple. Both JP clones.

The weird thing is my lathe house and floating roll cover are the way, for me. I have beans on top also. These plants have no bugs and are very green and not typical of my outdoor results. I feel with less sunlight they are more easy going and not stressed. But they are my first inground plants in decent soil. They sure are very green and happy looking.

My friends place. Big plant on frame is train wreck. Left and right of it is chem d. WMBK is the bushy ones and the thin ones are Super silver haze. Poor soil back there, sadly.

Uncovered plants are in coco coir but growing unmpressively. Then comes the lathe house photos. In good soil, but not great soil. They are very green and bud growth is great. Not much bug damage as well.

I truely believe the covering is THE WAY. The sides are fully open but the roll cover cloth could extend down and also cover the ends. I simply placed chicken wire on top to hole the white cover securely. Also some beans are growing over the lathe house reducing some sunlight further. Still very happy plants.

The only discoloration from covered plants 1 cookies clone from JP. They are hungry.

My biggest plant I ever grew yet has fallen over with the rain storm. It is so heavy. Good news I had a medium tomato cage on it. This is a sour diesel JP clone. Fist size top clusters on more than 1 branch. I might keep her for years.

I have been battling bud burrowing caterpillars and heat and didnt stake her down after she thickened immensely. I think next year I have some temporary clear tarp to cover the plants for rain. The roll cover wont stop the 1+ inch soak we needed. So I trimmed fan leaves for hours to allow air flow.

A garden at my friends house. His soil is Horrible. The leaves have all been cannabilized. Bugs are not an issue. The second plant picture is Blueberry diesel from Rhai88. Poor lass wouldnt grow without nutes, same as my other late additions from seed. I need to find a method to enrich that soil for 2025, that is mostly compost, not money. Train wreck trellis is doing good. Next year is sour diesel trellis! Bottom pic is WMBK top clone from the competetion by THCeed. There is grape smell again.

Here are october 1st pics. Sour diesels pics today. They are my best performing plants this year. Blue dream is great, and my volunteer hot mess is untouched minus 1 teeeeny bud that a bug got.

Grape pupil has had a few caterpillars, but is also note worthy for the midwest climate. GDP is fine, but had spider mites early on along with my curve breaker. Leaves still show it, but mites are gone from predators, I did nothing to them.

Top pic is SD and right of it is alien OG and GSC, and runtz below. Really a runt full grown and smells like garlic.

Sour Diesel. Great Missouri climate plant. She does much better under the row cover.

Side view. Always nice to look at. To enter you push some branches over.

2nd Sour Diesel. Behind her is Blue Dream also trellised. Trellis far right is Hot Mess volunteer.

Left is Grape Pupil. Right is Grand Daddy Purple. Uncovered outside is not as productive.
