And now for something completely different, a giveaway of Buddertons new, oddly named seed batches

@Budderton I’ve some good news! Your postcard landed safely. Thanks a lot for your Tricycle Kush you added :wink: I’m blessed to get some seeds from a top breeder like you bud :green_heart: Big love

Right on @T0P , glad to see they made it over without complications! And its my pleasure! Thanks for your words but i wouldn’t call myself a top breeder. More like a semi-pro facilitator of canabis sex.

@Budderton your letter landed safely, my friend! I’m super grateful that I finally hold something of yours. I look really forward to running them. Thank you so very much.

Ya, he’s not a top breeder…he just keeps on taking great genetics, many that he created, and makes more great strains out of those, and then distributes them, freely, on this site. He’s no top breeder…

He’s a fucking legend! :grin:

@CanuckistanPete , @globalhead , thank you.

Without sounding too corny, I’m just doing my best to serve the plant thats been my near life long constant companion & muse. I love the Herb and it loves me! At the end of the day, being know as a good selector, by folks that know their way around a grow room, is what I strive towards and I appreciate your encouragement!

Best of luck with the Affies @globalhead. It mixes well with equatorials, if you’ve any far sativas going at the same time. :wink::v:

Alas I cannot grow the lovely sativas as they get too big for my minimal grow space but if you want to explore some for breeding related work I would be overjoyed to send you some :slightly_smiling_face:

Have you tried ‘manifolding’?
I found that training could tame the larger leaning plants.

This and limited rootspace until stretch is over also helps keep them more manageable. I never bothered though, for this reason I like good heights for tents or ceilings :partying_face:

I started an Odisha and supercropped when she got too big and she was in a 1.3 g pot but she kept streching like mad untill the roots filled the pot and the fan leaves started looking real sad.
It can be done indoors if you have 10-12’ clearance but really I think these plants are best grown outdoors organically and with medium amount of nutrients :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for the offer @globalhead , i appreciate it but I’ve got a pile of beans that where sent to me by a couple different local sources and i don’t feel good taking anymore in till ive worked through the one’s i have in the fridge. I definitely plan on exploring more Affie 11 x tropical sativa types!

Right on the money @globalhead . Our modern cultivars have been grown indoors, under lights for decades and respond fairly predictable but when we take these equatorial heirlooms that have only been grown outdoors for millennia and cram them inside under artificial light, things get unpredictable and unruly. And sometimes down right weird!
