Nut sauce lol
But sauce is good stuff. You can make your own by grinding carbon from a pencil and mixing that with a small amount of petroleum jelly. Works great.

I have a friend who plays Bass. He uses that Nut Sauce, religiously. But he calls it Boy Butter.

What gauge string is best for strats 9’s-10’s,

Totally depends on you. BB King used like 11s I believe and Billy Gibbons I think it is used 8s!
My guitar is a strat scale length and stepping up to 11-48 from 10-46 felt like I ditched the training wheels. I play a lot of somewhat heavy stuff and tune down to C# standard regularly. How much do you like bending and how strong are your hands?
I just realized my examples were more about gauge in general and not strat gauge since neither of those guy played a strat 
Still I’ve played them all on strats and guitars with that scale length successfully. 9s bend like butter but feel flimsy.

I think it’s kinda a personal thing. But I think stock Fender strings are 9’s and Gibson’s are 10’s. Rev Billy uses 8’s.

I’ve always liked 11s or 10s. I’ve never been one for the light or ultralights, I play too heavily. But I only had my Strat when I was a teenager, so take that as you will lol.
