A family member passed and I was given these. They are tony lama. 5084…they are wicked and a perfect fit. I have been dying to have a pair, and I ended up getting a nice fitting, and still in very nice shape pair.

I’m wearing a pair of timberland boots right now. Picked up 3 pair on discount 7 or 8 years ago, and am on my 2nd pair. Nice ankle boots. Starting to need some shoe goo, minor upcoming on the bit of rubber.

Got some snow last night… gonna go out and try for a few rabbits or squirrels in a bit… duck season is pretty much over already for me as 1st shotgun season starts saturday for us and the owner and his family do deer drives first weekend… then on the 9th 2nd seaspn starts and ill be put trying to get my deer or two from then til the 17th so hopefully tuis is my year… too set in the ways pf the waterfowler and small game hunter mode that sitting extremely still and waiting for hours on end is tough for me lol

When hunting snow geese here in Illinois the game warden tells us to take the shotgun plugs out and shoot as many as we want…

That’s wicked

Yea, during conservation season no plugs, a billion decoys, call boxes…

Something about being in the middle of the cyclone just gets you different than everything else

Hell ya, snow goose season you can typically use electronic calls as well. 100 snows is a bad day where we used to hunt.

It’s like national geographic. If you are a water fowl hunter you’re bucket list hunt is in North East Arkansas in the delta region.

Timber hunt in arkansas is def top of my “when i win the lottery” list, followed by an epic field hunt in north dakota, then hunting snow geese in canada, and finally to the coasts for some ocean duck hunting… always wanted a pretty harlequin on tue wall or those goofy looking eiders

That all sounds awesome. I’d love to get up to Canada to hunt big game up there. Once my son gets older I think we will all go do that.

Nice pup there @Pawsfodocaws !!

Hunting season has closed for me and just got the two blacktail bucks back in October.
Found and heard way too much wolf sign in the spot I was hunting in November and I might try and get in there and thin out there numbers. Despite not getting a deer in there I did scout those wolves pretty hard and was within 100 yards at one point but never did see them.
No closed season and no bag limit here for wolves so I just might have to get off my ass and get into predator hunting mode this winter while I wait for the lakes to freeze up hard and I can get my groove on ice fishin
