Supposed to monitor soil moisture. I figured it would be useable standalone like most of their other stuff.

Says its for the AI controller but it was cheap enuf.
Can still return it to my local shop.

have you heard any early feedback on functionality on the soil probe? it maybe the excuse i need to pop for an AI unit.
im trying an auto top off system with sip containers and i dont feel solid on comprehending soil moisture curves.
