Anyone Else Sick?

I really don’t feel sick but something is definitely going on. I feel like its allergic reactions but I haven’t figured it out yet. Wednesday night I was defoliating all my plants that are in early flower and I also smoked a bit. I coughed and had tight lung feeling for hours afterwards. Took some allergy medicine and was fine in the morning. Last night I took a few hits and coughed for about an hour, and then started coughing up mucus. Had a rough night and morning and here we are 12 hours later and i’m starting to feel like normal again. Chest/lungs are still a bit tight though. Idk what the hell is going on, I guess I need to take a short break.
