and a one a day in 2018 i had some Canadian health care gull bladder full of stones removed stones sent me home with stones in my bile duct not good i soon found out 4 surgeries later several infections before i got out of the hospital ended up with major complications stomach full of plastic mesh is one of them to puke or to cough is to die so i dont any more C D Zinc for the win not sure how but it works turns the plauge into a runny nose
