Anyone using specific Cannabis strains or concoctions for Sleep, Chronic Arthritis Pain and BPH

Anyone with chronic pain/arthritis/BPH have a nighttime cannabis related routine that puts them down and allows them to get some sleep?

I’ve been on a RSO T-break and have been smoking flower at bedtime but it just doesn’t last long enough.
I have some very potent Canna Butter, 20mg RSO caps, and plenty of flower.

I realize everyone is different but….

I’d like to hear if anyone else has a proven sleep related system that puts them down hard and long enough to get some restful sleep?

Thank you

I make “chocolate” with infused coconut oil (done in Levo) with cocoa powder and sugar. Has to be stored in the fridge.
A big bong it of a body heavy indica like Ice cream Cake, and a piece of chocolate and I am out like a light. The ADHD driven anxiety goes away, the neuropathic back pain and all its associated aches goes away too.

Orange Grove is the best anti-insomnia strain I’ve ever found. A couple tokes before bed and it’s lights out.

I found it frustrating to grow as the plants were short, dense and tended towards creating one big cola. Basically untrainable.

No hint as to availability for the seeds. I was gifted a few from @JustSumTomatoes, a kind gentleman and a scholar of anti-insomnia strains.

Sleep deprivation is a bitch, best of luck,

Edibles are definitely the gold standard for me. 2nd to edibles for me is a good indica, indica hybrid bubblehash or drysift

3rd for me would be smoking a relaxing strain like hashplant or certain kush. Bodhis g13hashplant is really nice in my opinion. Also really like bros grim g13 genius xx as a fem option. Blueberry hashplant is a personal favorite.

Sometimes smoking doesnt really last through the night but I’ll usually rely on it if i cant be groggy in the morning.

For the best sleep i usually smoke at bedtime and then eat an edible right before bed so it hits while im sleeping and lasts through the night.

Actually deciding on a new night time strain now. Was considering:

Weighted blanket from tony green (sour bubble bx3)
Forest queen from bodhi
LSD f3 from strayfox
Kush4 x ssdd and ortega x snow lotus from folks on here.

No blueberry hashplant is a bodhi strain, photo reg. Semi hard to find f1s but i know a few people on here have made f2s or hybrids. @sd9007 has blueberry hashplant x 1988g13Hashplant which should be even more sleep inducing. Also photo reg

For autos:
Alien v triangle from mephisto was my favorite. Put me to sleep in 30 minutes or less almost every time. Will say i grew it out in 2023 i think so no idea how consistent the line stayed over the past few years. Same for all my other mephisto suggestions.

Also enjoyed their double grape for sleep but thought it was kind of bland. ridley OG was also nice but not as good as alien v triangle in my opinion. Grape walker kush is a nice almost sleepy strain, will definitely get you close but leaned more towards a hybrid effect for me, good pain relief though. Definitely good in conjunction with other strains.

Pina x zweet freebie from ethos’s was another comatose auto i had. Think the pina was the super sleepy part of that strain

Id also check out rinse reserve on GLG. Theyre probably the autobreeder im watching most right now (and im currently growing mainly photos )

Interesting blend of old school and new school. Their magic trikz looks like a nice relaxing option

Sunshine Daydream was/is the most effective pain killer I’ve come across, and it’s fairly prevalent thankfully.

Tranquil Elephantizer if you can find it, may have been a tad more potent.

I’m hoping a high cbd Herijuana cross will impress too
