You know it’s humid when:
I will edit a qiuck video later.
Your hand looks like you have been sat in the pool all afternoon drinking beer not gardening.
That sounds like a mighty fine idea there @Shadey.
I cut alot of mouldy buds out in the end and the fingers looked like this afterwards.
A Dragonfly on the walk out.
My wife is just awesome and trimmed up everything again, she did say not to grow the haze again though lol she didn’t like trimming that one so much.
I probably ended up ditching a couple of ounces worth of buds at the patch due to mould and she probably picked out another one at home while trimming. No stress though.
Happy days
Sorry about the mold Pedro. Looks like you still got plenty of big beautiful buds though!
I’m enjoying my little virtual vacations to the Australian outback following your thread. I had no idea it was so lush, green and humid! I love the outdoors and its nice to see some greenery while I watch the snow fall.
Just 6 weeks ago it was dry as a bone here but there has been 220mm of rain since christmas.
I am quite some distance from the outback it’s certainly not green or humid anywhere west of the ranges.
I wish I had of planted everything way later than what I did so they could have had all the rain while in veg mode … Would have been handy.
The amount of mould isn’t a stress at all at this stage but I might have to visit more often to cut it out when it appears again.
Never would have thought of this and it’s going to be a complete game changer for some people I know…now to go back in time to save them 20 years of walking half a mile to water lol
a nice walk thru your Ladies…they lookin great !! mold always sucks, Best Wishes ,Pedro
Very nice walk thru. Wish my smellavision worked. With all the snow outside here that was a nice relaxing walk. Can’t wait for summer.
Good luck with all the girls and hope the PM stays in check for you.
That Shiva Blues and Shiva Dream Blues is looking good bro!! Nice vid … was smiling all the way through… great spot
That was awesome! I literally sat here eating jalapeno cheddar popcorn and watched that. That video gave me the munchies! Some sticky dankness over there!
What else to do but drink beer and feed the magpies while the weed dries. Fuggin peaceful at @FredFlinstoner’s place
Cheers
Your magpies look cool and different than in the states.
Looked it up and to my surprise, like everything else I read about in Aus they are supposedly “dangerous and aggressive” compared to the docile Eurasian counterparts. It said people people ride there bikes with sticks on there helmets so they don’t get attacked. So I’m picturing you drinking beer on the porch with a helmet and sticks like reindeer antlers
Fark yeah, magpies here are lethal in nesting season, they swoop and dive bomb down and whack you with that razor sharp beak, frequently gashing your head bad enough to require stitching or they try and tear an eyeball out with their claws! Around here we have to put hundreds of zip ties on our bike helmets because bikes send them mental, and they are too stupid to work out if you have zip tie porcupine head, where you head is… so they miss… lol… Like this
Some sections of the bike paths are like a death run… you wait till some poor other fucker is being mauled and then you take your chances… Honestly of all the wildlife around my city place magpies are by FAR the most ferocious and dangerous
Brother…man, that is just so freakin awesome! Stoked to see you grow out those GG crosses and get a good result, most of them look ‘reasonably’ consistent as well… (stick that up your arse Barneys Farms! )
It’s always a bit of an unknown if all the previous generations and parents have all been bred indoors, genetics will give you an idea, but without actually doing or seeing an outdoor run of beans you mostly do indoor, unexpected stuff can happen. Basically you are the outdoor strain tester from hell bro loving it.
Constant rain and the super still hot humid days make it near impossible for and solid buds, anything with a whiff of indica in it is going to hate the current weather and because it finishes earlier, it’s smack bang in the middle of the wettest month of the year… I have seen SO much rotten bud already this year so ii fit’s any consolation t’s not only you mate
Saw your post on another thread and came over. With this pump, how far are you going? what is you longest didtance on tubing?
I have it attached to 50m of 13mm polypipe but it could easily do a few hundred metres.
Sounds good. Want to do a system for my Veggies and maybe flowers (damn @Meesh got a bug in me ) but the hose bib is across a walkway so I thought about using a barrel for a reservoir and that looked like it would work. Thanks
I done a night run out to the patch tonight while it wasn’t raining for a few hours to check up on the girls.
I will upload a couple short vids in the morning.
That’s a great pic
