Original Haze x Skunk 1 #2
Im curious on the skunk terpsā¦ If they are strong or not.
If you are asking about mine they are only a week in flower im not a big stem rub believer but they both smell of spicy sativa i would say both are heavy haze leaners
3/4 were haze leaners one of the males i would say more skunk leaner i tried to give the two males away locally to no avail
Is it almost an asian-seasoning or like a, peppery, spicy? My two keepers are both that way on the stem rub.
Are you getting any double serrations on the leaves?
Oh niceā¦ I actually meant to ask @ToddMcC ā¦ I figured yours werenāt really showing their capabilities yetā¦ Although i will be asking you again in a few weeks once she starts gettin smelly @TheShowMeHomie
Exactly it spot on kind of reminds me of how the mexicans me and my dad used to grow would smell its a very pleasant scent to me i hope it has that nice long soaring sativa high
Havenāt checked much on serration
Honestly im happy they are haze leaners i messed up though and popped them too early i was planning on running them with some other haze stuff later in the year but i got high lol
Oh that sounds pretty good
I love a good haze leaner for sure. Hope you find a keeper, i may get just have to pick up a pack nowā¦ Im always looking for a good sativa
Yeah then they should definitely be haze leaners
My NL5Haze x SensiStar isnāt soaring, but itās definitely some fantastic get-stuff-done herb.
This is at 60 days, definitely needs another 10-20 more to be right.
Thats exactly what i need in my rotation some daytime functional smoke
Iām flattered really. I was expecting a thread where OGāers show results of dealing with a seed breeder who goes by āAuthenticā¦ā instead I have to form an opinion, (as whether to buy, or not), based on your advertising and savvy internet persona. Sorry, if mediocre offends, but āreminds me ofā and ādaytime smokeā when it comes to these originals, is frankly NOT what made them popular in the first place. My humblist apologies if you paid for this thread mate.
Good afternoon and I absolutely appreciate your response.
I totally respect what you said and how you said it.
The steal your face is about the only symbol that I really feel a kinship with, as itās a family that has had to endure a lot of problems from the war on drugs and your use of it and your response, really shows me that your spirit is in alignment with the ethics and morality that I associate with the Deadhead community.
One of the things that endeared me to Rob is that we are both huge Dead fans, he even surprised me by bringing me to the 50th anniversary concert. And not to rehash 20 year old conversations, but, as someone who has done time in federal prison, and somebody who has known Sam and Rob for now going on 27 years, it hurts my soul to see people still slinging the lies of old and I do not want them slung onto me.
And something I will say to everybody reading this.
Nothing against cops, if any of our grandmothers were being robbed, I would hope that there was a good cop there to help her. But where I come from, calling somebody a cop who isnāt, is about the worst thing you can do. Falsely attacking somebodyās reputation to benefit yourself is an unforgivable offense where I come from.
Cooperating with the cops is the second worst thing you can do. Snitching or dry snitching is not freaking cool where I come from on any level. And trying to assassinate the reputation of a good person is a crime onto itself.
And you nailed it, why should Sam debate the lies that he was DEA which are so outlandish. He has a clean conscious which is exactly why he has not felt a need to defend himself. His body of work and that of Clarke speaks volumes.
I would say that most people on this website donāt even own all of the high-quality books those two guys have put out, never mind read most of the work theyāve put out and donāt realize the contribution they have made globally to the cannabis culture. Saying that they are DEA is such an insult to the cannabis community that they have been trying to build up for literally decades by disseminating both amazing genetics and quality information. To think that the DEA would allow agents to put out books contradicting everything the DEA has ever said about cannabis is beyond stupid.
For those of you who are reading this who are not familiar with the work of Robert Clarke and David Watson, please roll a joint or do a dab and look at the links below on ResearchGate and enjoy the volumes of cannabis information you will find. Also, please take a look at some of the books written by Clarke and Skunkman Sam/David Watson and judge for yourself if you think the DEA would allow DEA agents to put out information like this about cannabis during the war on drugs.
Personally, I donāt think so.
In between putting out books about cannabis that are unequivocally scholarly, Clarke and Watson also formed the international Hemp Association in the early 90ās and were disseminating a peer reviewed journal (printed on 100% hemp paper no less) to academics teaching them about cannabis through the 90s:

Hopefully with time people will only remember the contributions not the drama
This is just the pheno I chose to keep and what I like from it. There are other phenos that better match the legends just in the nl5hss beans I bought, but thatās not what spoke to me to be kept and not what I wanted around.
Iām happy with the genetics having had all 3(NL5/haze/sensistar) of these separately in the past. Itās all there. I definitely cannot say itās NOT authenticā¦
Grow what you want, no oneās forcing you to try these. If you love the current hype fad, you may not like what you find in old school genetics, or you might be pleasantly surprised ^^
Really take this shit somewhere else
Thanks, please donāt form an opinion of the genetics that I offer based on anything other than experience growing them. Grow the genetics and then tell me what you think. Thatās all I can say.
I named my company Authentic Genetics because Iāve been buying seeds for a very long time and I have felt for a very long time, that a lot of people were selling genetics that were hardly authentic and that the people selling the seeds did not even have close access to the original breeders.
Very few people have access to these guys like I do; Iām the first person in Mel Frankās life that he has ever let sell his seeds and he is 76 years old.
In 2012 I was able to sit and smoke hash in Skunkman Samās living room while getting Original Haze and Original Skunk #1 and even more genetics from him.
How many people could do that? And if they could do that, do you think they would turn around and make the genetics available to you? Good luck with that. With it feeling like everybody in this community is seeing nothing but $'s and forgetting about the concept of community, I highly doubt it.
When Greg McAllister decided to send Northern Lights seeds to a select few people, I was fortunate enough to receive a package.
If you donāt think that my getting genetics directly from Mel Frank, Skunkman Sam and Greg McAllister is authentic, I donāt know what it is.
Instead of hoarding all of these genetics and trying to run off and become a millionaire with some bullshit corporate cannabis company, I am working to disseminate the genetics to the community because it is all I can do to empower the new generation of growers and breeders.
With this project, Iām trying to do a service to the community by being a bridge to some legendary and now old breeders, by bringing the community their legendary and well-known genetics directly and skipping over decades of questionable European seed makers.
It is my goal that the community can experience these original genetics for what they really were before less experienced hands came in and muddied them up. Thatās it. If you donāt like what Iām doing, go grow cookies.
Speaking of these great texts, if anyone has any leads on where I can get a copy of Hashish! (Iām ok with digital or library, just want to be able to read the content first and foremost) please let me know. Not in a position to pay the $x00 for it right now which is what Iāve seen used copies for.
Any other recommendations for books/resources that highlights traditional hash methods is also very welcome.
Check on my historical cannabis thread there is a dwonload with a couple hundred books
