Back on track with Sebring's Revenge and 5 others!

As a kid, I had to eat a joint’s worth of bagweed once and I was so stoned I couldn’t remember walking home.
That weed never saw an oven or a crockpot.
After that I would toss down a few buds when my chronic bronchitis would kick me.
So I am skeptical that heat is a necessary factor despite articles posting studies like this.

Maybe a long, slow cure has the same decarb effect as the heat?

Presently though, I save all the weed from my lung saving dry herb vape, powder it in a dedicated coffee mill and encapsulate it in 0 size gelatin caps, 2 of which are plenty for an evening. ( I run the vape at 385° F)

long term exposure to oxygen (normal air) WILL decarb it slowly. Just a couple months in a plastic baggie is enough.

I just popped 2 Purple Hearts and 2 Loco Motas this week.
Thanks to you and @ReikoX for these unique beans.
The only thing keeping me from doing a new topic on it is things are pretty unsettled in my life atm and I’m afraid it will carry on into this grow.
On the other hand, I am cataloging the events in the hope this grow will actually provide much needed grounding for me. Things aren’t the same without a grow going.

Drove straight thru in 19 hours. 3 hours of stops at least. 1,324.8km according to my reset trip meter. Haven’t done the mileage calculations yet as my brain is just a mud pie right now. Got home at 6am, unloaded the car, grabbed a couple hours of sleep then took the car to town and washed it before dropping it off at the garage for inspection. Hoping it’s done in time tomorrow so I can get the reg done.

Hit a nice patch of black ice and damn hit a moose but other than that the drive was par for the course.

Idiots at the insurance company in BC wanted my birth certificate or passport so just got a bill of sale from my sister and my insurance company here set me up with a pink slip so I was legal to drive it back. Now I’ll have to mail my sister’s plates back so can get her refund when she cancels the insurance at her end.

Coyotes and mice besieging my castle. Lead sleeping pills for the former and a good stomp for the latter!

Ain’t in the mood.

Other than that it was par for the course. Man hitting a moose and being able to say that is something. Those mofos can come right through the windshield.

I’ve driven by wrecks like that so when cruising after dark in moose territory at 125K I stay leaning to my left to hopefully get some protection from the window post. I’ve seen Kenworths with the engines jammed half in the cab from hitting one of those at speed. I’ve had so many close calls with wildlife up here it’s good it doesn’t traumatize me like it does the wife. She shook for a week when we had a close encounter with a herd of deer on the road.

About the best place to encounter moose on the highways is Newfoundland I’ve heard. Need more hunters!

They have been all hunted out here. Lots of deer and this time of year I’ve been dodging them quite a bit. Gets worse from here once you cross into Ontario. That’s where the moose are on the highway. Haven’t driven around Newfoundland so not sure but could see that as well. In the Rockies that black ice combination is a real white nuckler. Haven’t done it a lot but a couple times through the coq in a snow storm and was not enjoyable at all.

Hows things going Lab

Still kicking but been off my feed a bit. Bored to tears I think.

Remember that Raspberry Pi controller that HD52 was working on for grow room controls? I guess he lit a fire in me somewhere and I just picked up 2 of them today I ordered on Amazon just a few days ago. Only meant to order one but was tipping a few that night. Got one up and running and using it to surf the web on my other monitor right now. These things are way cool and I can see myself getting right into it. So gonna keep the 2nd one for experimenting and use the other one for running my computer stuff and multimedia.

Plants are still alive and well and I’ll get a few pics up real soon. The flowering Hindu is not doing so well but buds are happening at day 26 in this pic.

Will be back soon!

Glad you’re still here, getting cabin fever are you?

Plant looks good, growing at a strange angle though :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I was thinking about 52 the other day wondering if he got all the bugs out of his multiple controller design.

52 is still alive and kicking. Not sure about the controller but think he got it all working.

I’ve been playing around with the Arduino I got and finally got the transistors I needed to build that circuit for my colloidal silver generator. Put it together on a breadboard and it seems to work tho I don’t know for sure what kind of readings to expect to confirm it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. Just need to make a batch with it and see if it produces CS. Then I’ll have to solder it all to the printed circuit board I picked up at the electronics store. Shouldn’t have bothered as I ordered a kit with 60 of them in different sizes. Bunch of other pieces some with that kit for $18. The single board from the store was $5.

That little black thing is the transistor I had such a hard time getting. Got 10 now.

Plant looks like crap still but budding up not bad and did it’s 40th day yesterday. Finally found a place here in Canada to buy that sodium thiosulfate. $22 for 500g and $69 for those ripoff ratbastard f’ers at Purolator to get it to me from Ont. not here yet but any day now. Now I can make all the STS I want and start getting some plants resexed.

Sorry about the crappy pic. Looks crappy full size on the computer too. Using Win10 again as 7 was just too buggy. My old Paint Shop Pro 8.1 works fine on it.

Looks like you got a good bit of bud on it.

I can’t believe it’s nearly $70 to ship a 500gram box to you, does it need special security clearance or something.

Just had a big bang hermie on me, with 3 weeks left, it’s got a few seeds as well. Just hoping it hasn’t got anything else pregnant.

My two big veg plants are burning up, I think I overdosed them with everything, when the pots were in the flower room last, the plants were deficient in a few things,so I gave them a good feed up.

They can’t ship chemicals via Canaduh Post and Purolator is the only courier company they use for smaller orders. Mainly an industrial supply. AlphaChem. Few years back I wanted to get 4L of nutes shipped up from Edmonton and both Purolator and FedEx wanted around $70 to do it but the PO was only $19.

Another PITA is that I have to drive about 40 miles up the road to pick it up as it’s the closest place that Purolator drops off. No home delivery here.

Was that the first big bang you flowered? both the Dutch Kush and ayahuasca Purple hermied on me so they got to go but I haven’t tossed the clones I made off them yet. Haven’t done bugger all with those plants yet so got to get on that. Want to get some pollen off the AK47 too as it’s a good producer so more seeds/crosses with it would be nice. May be getting some Candida beans from a guy on another forum too. Already have a bunch I want to sprout like the ones from Sebring.

I gave that flowering Hindu a good feed last watering too so I think I’ll let her coast to the end now. Just a bit of K, Carbo and Epsom Salts should do it.

Yeh I have 2 Big Bang on the go, the other is sound atm, The hermie one was looking sad this morning when I checked it, lots of limp leaves, probably in shock of the bad mauling it got yesterday. managed to snap a good cola off it as well when I moved it, probably around a 7 gram cola when its dried. Hoping it will mature a lot while its hanging to dry, 66F and 50% humidity in the basement atm so it should take a while to dry out down here.

Collateral damage! Sux but it happens.

Got some better pix while down watering her. Bone dry but not droopy yet. Lots of goodies in her feed but just 1/2g/L of the Mega Crop.

Close up of some of the buds. Should be bigger by now but there are so many that I guess I can’t expect big colas.

Look what the wife is doing to my shop! At least she cleans the cages fairly often. lol

Those be chickens. Haven’t had a bunny for years now.

She got a pair of some goofy half-pint roosters now and is starting a new breeding program.

They seem to like pot leaves too.
