Balochistan Black Tiger (NLD) Preservation

Interesting, do they use a purpl machine for testing in the store?

Yep! They tested a few things from me while I was rang out at the counter. Purpl Scientific is actually local here and their office is just a a few blocks from my work.

Outta likes already today :green_heart:

Good to know it’s high cbd. Drying it out more will increase thc

I think the drier the better for testing but I don’t know for sure.
Maybe the narrow leave varieties will test higher for THC.

I have also been told the greener of the sisters will be more potent.

@cdues21 how was the smoke? Does it lean more medicinal? I have a flip of these and was thinking they were going to be higher thc than 1%. Maybe thinking of crossing it with another medicinal strain.

Would you grow them again?

I was wondering if anyone grew these out could give a smoke report.
The impending sense of doom and racing heart doesn’t sound like a great
effect and I was wondering if that actually happens.

thought it was said that these ended up being CBD plants

Ahh, yes that was said, forgot all about that.
Thanks for the reminder.

But were all phenos like that? I sent @cdues21 a message months ago but never heard back.

I have a pack of them, would love to know how they tested. If its truly a CBD plant or some have higher thc.

Maybe could cross it with something good to get a high cbd/thc ratio. Maybe a hashplant.

I heard black tiger was a tough grow.

Your guess is as good as mine???

Sorry @Choctaw I have been MIA for a while. Life has been hectic. I was going to be getting around to my dms soon.

No impending sense of doom @Blackbeard it was the typical “indica” relaxation and mind slowing effect for me. That was all the hash from shucking seeds mixed together.

@Trickster my select was the CBD dominant, I suspect there to be diversity since the trim bin got me stoned when I smoked the mixed hash. I smoked a blunt of the selected plant and that was surely CBD dominant.

Here is a pic from my dad’s buddy who live in the northern Illinois river bottoms. Looks like he got lucky and has the narrowest leaf I have seen out of the seeds yet.

Thanks for clearing this up.
Your experience with the effects sound much more relaxing.

No problem! The CBD flower I kept has been nice to add into my joints occasionally. Good old-school smoke. The Black Lotus from bohdi I’ve got right now is very similar in flavor and looks 1 of the plants from the seed run.

I actually just popped 5 seeds of the Rainbow Belts v3 x Black Tiger. Hoping that I’ll get some THC dominant with good effects. I’ll be posting those when they get a bit bigger

Would love to see how this cross smokes out.

I got a little black tiger pollen stashed aside for some little projects :eyes:

I was actually going to tag a couple branches of some Mexican seeds that I just popped!

I’ve got a flip of both strains thanks to you mate, and its a long way so send pollen so hopefully I’ll be able to do something sometime soon. If anyone wants to give it a go I’m willing to send a half flip of each their way.:+1:

@cdues21 - running Black Tiger outdoors

looks spot on for the BLD - not NLD - check against the first pic in the thread - almost 10’ tall

That is an amazing looking plant! Do you remember which mom that came from. I thought I labeled the flips with a number for the mom.

Seeing mostly BLD coming from these seeds have been amusing. Was shocked to see my dad’s friend get the NLD pop up.
