Basement tent full of husky hair

Progress, progress, progress. Honestly this is the boring part I think. Just wait and see. No change in schedule or feeding. Just make sure she’s topped off.

Check out her wonky growth fhough. Roots look good good though. Starting to pack them in. May be switching to the five gallon buckets in a few weeks.

Another week by, another algea rinse. I know I could use something to keep it at bay but at just over or under a quart of water I’m not stressing it. As the plant fills out it will naturally block the light. And there’s not a great way to re-up the nutrient levels at this size. I will add splashes here and there through the week to keep it topped off but I know that can lead to some issues later.

Roots are stretching across a five gallon bucket lid and that’s promising.

Also you can see the torture has begun. I start low stress training as quick as I get the chance. Wait too long and the stems can get brittle and with an auto I’m not trying to break anything. She’ll pop back up by tomorrow. Also I really like these buckets with the supports molded in cause I can attach my tie downs to the lid itself, which is super helpful in later life cleaning. The twist wire is also nice cause you can do little hitches to tighten everything thing down as the plant fights back.

Is it just me or are milk jugs being made cheaper? I keep having to replace my water jug and that’s kind of a let down cause I keep mixed plant food in them. Junk!

I’m gonna have to grab one in the next day or so then. I’ll let you know what I think of them.

I thought it was to center bottom seam the cracked on this one. Nope some how got a pin hole on one of the corners

I use empty distilled water jugs, but i bet its the same crap. They did used to be tougher for sure. Lift, place, Never slide. :playground_slide::droplet:
And never stop worrying about leaks lol :joy:

Other annoying thing is when you are filling the jug while holding it, there’s usually no support underneath anymore, and it bows out, letting you overfill it. Too easily makes a GD mess when you put it down
Jugs amirite? Lol

No doubt. I think I place them down too hard or something. Or maybe the constant refilling flexes that seam when there’s so support enough times. What ever the case, it never fails when I have one on hand.

Checked the tent this morning, lots of tucking and bending going on. THIS is my favorite part. To see what this plant turns into along side a heavy hand of manipulation. Roots are exploding though so I’m wondering if I should fire up the ole five gallon bucket already. She’s already starting to smell pretty funky so that’s fun.

All in all I’m pretty excited for this run even though it was just season filler. I’ve never had real MTF, but the dispo was all my boxes checked. I’m hoping this auto is even remotely similar. We’ll see

Chose to swap her to a five gallon today. The coffee can still has some breathing room in it but it’s getting to the point where she’s finally starting to drink. Every day or so the levels dropping an inch, it isn’t a lot but it is when you only have 5….of the water guys. Geez.

She’s a tough one to train though. Node spacing is almost non existent. Probably have to yank a few leaves as she acclimates to the new home.

Went ahead and fired up the other tent and light to see where the temps fall. Threw two more seeds on a wet napkin, and I’m quite stoked for these. This will be the second round of OG stuff I’ve grown out. I did the poundcake auto that was floating around and of course a Scarlett grapes.

These are quite the pretty seed.

I figured as much. Cold did nothing but stunt growth. She’s started making flowers already.

My cj x chem91 cracked both seeds in 3 days time. Should be potting those us soon enough.

Well….lots has happened past few days. When I “transplanted” this plant I damaged the roots. Some root rot took hold so I ended up cutting them off. It bounced back pretty well for as hard a life it’s had this far . Got the cjXc91 in some water. Quit my crappy job. Got some time to get some things done now .

Sorry to hear about the roots, fingers crossed it bounces back quickly!

Congrats on getting out of the crappy job, I hope you get some time to recharge a bit before heading back out on the hunt or starting whatever comes next.

She’s holding on and doing well…I’m sure I will to.

Courtesy of @GCBudz and the veteran giveaway. I’ve been pretty exited about these. I just needed the time to devote a little attention to them. Judging from all the other runs here, there gorgeous seed to flower.

Cjxc91 is chuggin a long. Starting with the roots and I like to see that.

The auto is doing things. It looks good. It’s putting some roots down now too after having to cut them.

@woodenShampoo excellent choice. My kids will be able to hand this down to there kids.

Best of luck with the run. Remember to keep an eye on intersex issue with the CJ91. She can throw some balls and nanners about 25% of the time it appears.

Thanks for the heads up.
When do you typically see male parts?

Really not even gonna stress it. If they do they do. All the grows I’ve seen with them here look killer.
