We call that Beanie Weenies here, lol… (actually, yours has what looks like some spicy sausage). Beanie weenies are baked beans and small wieners.
I’m going to give the KNF a try this year. I plan on fermenting everything! 
I do have a lot of wild plants all around my house and up to the mountains. Might as well use them and save gas and money on store bought organics.
