Haha. Part 5.
First page baby
Dibs !!
We eat it on a Saj bread. Extra pomegranate and molasses sauce. It is so amazingly tasty, especially when you add your own hot sauce. It is basically meat cooked on a rotisserie low and slow, covered in spices.
Sounds tasty
I have also been suffering from high blood pressure. However, I stopped taking medication and have been taking a prescription for a juice in the morning that has helped. But sometimes it explodes on days of stress and tension that reach this peak. Before, I even thought that smoking could be increasing the blood pressure. But it was actually due to stress. If you want to try the juice, it has 4 ingredients
: beetroot,
1 lemon,
ginger and
watermelon.
Blend everything and drink it every morning. ![]()
Thanks for that information. I hate the thought of going on pills for the rest of my life. The Dr. yesterday said that once on the meds, you are on them for life. I was like are you sure there’s nothing we can do to change things so that I don’t have to be on them.
LOL, ‘Geriatric trail mix’ get used to the concept…

This is the checklist im starting to work on since my BIL had the double atroke + arterial tear:
I can’t put my love through what I’m seeing my sis and her kids go through so i’m doing my best to get my shit together early.
The biggest issues for me are:
Sleep: where my nervous system prevents me from getting it appropriately.
Salt: so much sodium in everything. Im trying to get back to cooking from scratch only but it’s difficult with the level of overload 2025 can throw at you in a day.
Stress: i have unaturally high anxiety to thw point that i normalized working through crippling panic attacks. Issue is like any machine running a high load it can only run effeciently for so long.
Big hit on #7.
Congrats on part 5
