The blueberry strain has been my white whale that I’ve been chasing my whole life and only ever had once. The second ever time I got some after I got my medical card back in like ‘08. And then the guy disappeared. I swear it tasted like blueberries. I’ve never come across anything like it and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for me to try in my next grows.

Riot’s Blueberry IX is definitely supposed to have phenotypes that smell/taste like blueberries.
I haven’t tried it myself yet, but a friend of mine selected a great Blueberry from a pack from Riot.

just woke up i love reading all the new topics. Like shsc said coastals a good one not a pure bb though imo, but people swear by it. Id try something from bluestar seeds personally just pm him here. He has his own stuff plus dj shorts. But for hybrids u got coastal, bluestar, a million others etc. Want the original get dj shorts genetics.
Youll quicky find everyones got an opinion on it. Nobody’s right or wrong

My wife has a blueberry London pound cake fem I believe is what is from @Blue_Star_Seed_Co in veg right now and that plant has unreal vigor with the stem thickness of a dang sharpie at one month. Very excited to see what comes of that.

@Thor already mentioned Matt Riot as a good source for blueberry flavors, he is a blueberry freak; its his favorite flavor. There is also Second Generation Genetics, that is DJ Shorts son and he does work some of his dads old lines. I would also recommend Dynasty/Relic Seeds his huckleberry work leans toward the blueberries. Professor P’s work is great and there are definitely some blueberry lenaing varieties he has produced.

I stopped by my buddys shop yesterday. He had an Oz of this blueberry strain. It was 100% some mass produced, pgr, Cali weed, but it looked and smelled really good. Almost like a blueberry bubblegum smell. I bet in the right growers hands and not grown with a bunch of sketchy bs, it could be incredible. Going to try and figure out what the exact strain is.

We found a great plant with excellent rosin yields. Tastes just like the name. A sugar pastry delight with nuances of blueberry and lemon. Slightly higher temp vaporizing in my cold start and it tasted just like banana nut bread.
