Fort Collins; Great culture, and history of a population around 130,000 not to overcrowded but it seems like it may get there soon maybe because we’re medical and Rec since 2012 ! Great micro breweries and music festivals throughout the summer months , only 1hr away from professional football, basketball and baseball teams in Denver to cheer on. Voted in top ten places to live pretty much year after year in top polling magazines. Fc gets my vote!

I agree with FoCo, its got this chill college vibe about it, I used to live in Laramie many years ago, 96 and I would go to FoCo to party. Fun place, I kinda wish I had stayed there.

Hah, is Cluck U chicken still around in old town?.

Longmont gets my vote! I moved to Boulder from a small city in South Carolina and I was in for a shock when it came to rent prices and the culture. The average home price is +$1 million bc of companies like Google and Ball Aerospace. My rent was 2000/month and moved to 2400 unexpectedly and I had to move. My girlfriend and I bought a house in Longmont for the much more reasonable housing. It’s only 30 minutes from Denver and Boulder which have anything you could possibly need.

Hey man I love Canada and Montreal is less than 5 hours up the road, I love Quebec, I visit a couple times per year. Depending on how bad things get in the USA, absolutely the move could be there instead of Colorado.

I’ve been to at least 10 Montreal Jazz Fests including seeing Snoop Dog there a couple years ago. It’s great to get outside the USA, the culture here is totally oppressive compared to Quebec where the government heavily subsidizes the arts. But we digress…

My job takes me all over the U.S… Co. Is kinda central U.S. and weed legal. I live the country life when home in layoffs. Any body have thoughts on Co. Springs , Peublo area?. I’m not rich, litle bit of land, small house, big shop😉, more country life. No inner city for me.

Peublo is hot and very arid area not much greenery poor soil conditions sagebrush and cactus type area, Colorado Springs is a very pretty area right next to the mountains a lot of cute cozy mountain towns nearby cooler climates than Pueblo!
