Yeah, probably toast, but good to let it go and see. It’s very easy to overwater the little babies.
Your double cup idea could work well. A bit like a SIP planter perhaps, offering a bit of a buffer against overwatering. Are your nutrients all going to be delivered with the water?

yeah 90 percent just water delivery

@RainToday I let my intrusive thoughts win, it’s a triple stack solo now

 looks like good fun to me!
Might even benefit from an upside down yogurt tub to stabilize the base so it’s not tippy - cut a hole in the yogurt tub bottom and let the solo cup wear it like a skirt.

i made a new one… It might be even better LOL

@RainToday

Version 2.0 , both will be running cake fighter :fire:

Edit Update : ( both cakes are in soil with nice tap root. 1/16. I also transplanted woodrose remedy into final pot and repotted wmbk because I noticed the soil wasnt drying up as fast as all the others. Roots are looking great on it. )

I did I did haha.

anyone wanna trade beans for perlite LOL .

im outta ideas over here. I need to start a business and get my license dude lol

syrian v sown directly into the bottom cup and Speeder bike @Budderton getting another chance in the middle cup

( I only pop one or two beans for grows , so If I experiment and it fails I still have plenty of backup beans to run normally haha ! )

The push pins look nice, little bit of artsy stability. Going to be fun to watch them all grow

1/18 update.

I cut the dead crippled leaves off of woodrose remedy as a last ditch effort to save her , I left all the new growth that was popping up on the side branches.

She definitely got over watered and I have to realize this when water : my soil doesn’t have as much perlite as it probably should , so go lighter and less often .

WBMK ( in the big pot in the cup ) looks about the same but a little bigger.

I also cut the tips off the leaves off the WMBK because either too much nutes or overwatering was killing the tips of the leaves. They had browned by time I cut the, ( I am switching to pure water 6 days out the week and the last day gets some nutes )

I cut the bottom off the wmbk cup @THCeed as a little experiment… I could have just transplanted her but LOW-KEY I’ve killed a lot of plants recently doing that :sob::joy: so she’s gonna stay right there… I’m hoping to roots obviously find the fabric pots soil and starts going nuts expanding out the cup haha. ( I end up over watering the transplant medium or something else )

Alpean Gleaux ( the smallest of them all ) I swear hasn’t changed in like a week.

Kullu valley has gotten a lot larger , with those huge first set of leaves lol.

Still waiting for the Kandy Kush and Cake Fighters to get above soil. Both had nice taproots so I’m going to be annoyed if they don’t make it above the surface…

@RainToday putting down wood rose for a minute , I opened up your pack of Pineapple Plant 36 , I figure I’ll run those because the dad is unknown so it’s more so Pineapple Bastard Plant 36… which adds to the excitement of running 4-5 plants…and you gave me the most of those seeds… so I’ll grow these first then move onto Wood Rose once I’ve got a few more grows under my belt haha.

It has been VERY dry in my tent… currently it’s 36 RH at 68 F. It’s only 36 because I sprayed hella mist with the spray bottle… it was 24 when I woke up. The only thing I can think of is heaters running in my house since its cold In Georgia lmao. BUT, THEY arent running all day. Its georgia for crying out loud its usually so humid here. It rained all day a few days ago and IT WAS STILL LOW HUMIDITY ;C

TY, the alladin died LOL. SO this is more of just a grow journal of everything thats happening now

Going to try a new method @RainToday

Germing seeds by the paper towel method in the ziploc but putting it up against my PC’s power supply

As much gaming as I do , these puppies should get hella warmth

Love your journal! Thank you for sharing you journey, even the difficult parts.

There’s life in those larger seedlings still, and with photoperiods they’ll be able to take the time to recover.

I don’t think trimming ugly leaves off specifically helps the plant. It does remove a potential area (the dead tissue) for mold and disease to start, so that’s good, and it sure looks better to us.

Pinneapple Auto 36’s bastards should be tough plants. It was a home cross of at least 3 generations. #36 had a hard life with rather far from ideal soil, bad bug infestations, and I’m sure at least a couple episodes of water deprivation. That should make for epigenetic activation to produce tougher offspring. It grew some excellent bud in spite of all that.

It was thin small buds all over thick strong straight upright branches, about 3’ tall in 3g of soil, smelled delightfully of citrus and something kind of warm and spicy. Mum estimated it hit 20% THC and it gave her a nice happy mostly head high well suited for daytime. Very excited to see some grown, I haven’t yet.

Please party on with my seeds all you’d like. I have a couple thousand more “bastard” seeds that are perfectly suited for trying new things and learning on, and I’m delighted to see them put to good use. Hit me up if you get close to running out before you’re ready to leave them behind for fancy stuff.

Happy growing!
