BigMike55’s Ongoing Cannabis Log (Part 2)

Hey bro, I’ve got 3 Gods Space Needle clones that I haven’t room for in my rooms. Was thinking of throwing them OD on a live or die basis. Have an opinion on the strain?

That sheelavathi is looking awesome, the buds are really filling out now. It won’t be long now :peace_symbol:

I have not tried the smoke.
As far as the plant goes. I topped her once. She never bushed out with fan leaves. In fact very few fans to speak of. What is peculiar tho is each stem is about three feet tall and stacked with buds top to bottom. If they fill out proper, they will be four, 4 foot donkey dicks. Easy to grow tho. Nothing special.
Where did you get those.? JOTI. ?

Thanks for the invite to your thread @BigMike55 Ive read through all of part 2.
Your Sheelavathi plant is a beast!
I think you will be flowering longer than my Malawi, your buds right now, look like mine did when they were at about week 17. Dont give up on it, you’ve come this far. Unless, like me you need the tent space for other things.
I want to see your plant hit 25 weeks :+1:

Thanks for stopping by.
Guarantee this beast will live until the end. Too much time and money in her to quit now. Hehe.

Man. These Frankenstien buds are filling in nice. But they are getting really heavy for her little stems. If it were not for the wall they are leaning against they would be on the floor.
I would not have thought this considering how stout my Bloody Monster was.

Hope she’s ok for another couple weeks. And yes. She will be harvested well before the Sheelavathi. By a couple weeks I would say.

One thing started experimenting with is silica (Power Si). I started using it 2022 outdoor season. I noticed it made branches much stronger which was great for windy days. The other bonus was no bugs, no aphids, mites, even the earwigs didn’t like chewing on the plants.
So when I started the Malawi plants that fall, I gave them the silica too. I think it worked to strengthen the stalks.
Then I read about silica reducing stretch. I’m not sure about that because the plant still had crazy stretch.

@Oldjoints
You were asking about the Gods Space Needle

See how she has done. Not many big fans at all.

Be aware that she takes 11-14 weeks for flowers. I failed to research. Actually wanted something quick to replenish my jar cabinet. Looks like Frankenstein will be first to finish. I have one outdoors too that is a lot nicer a plant. That indoor one is three weeks into flower.

And here she is. Pretty yes?

Not sure about the cause of skinny stems cuz. Frankenstein as a rule is very capable of holding herself up!
But she is looking grand!

I do use Diatomaceous Earth which is silica. I use it to control fungus gnats. Just dust it on top of the soil. I can’t remember how many times I applied but it was a few. It only works when it’s dry so once you water you need to wait until the surface is dry and redust.
But this plant is just weird I broke her main cola about 6-8 inches worth off by accident and it bushed out BIGLY.

Couple more weeks and I will get to sample Frankie as sinsemilla. Woohoo I’m stoked.

Yes beautiful
Is your outdoor season long enough?

Oh hell yeah, lol In Oklahoma the growing season is more than enough for Frankenstein, cuz.

I believe he was asking about that Zamadelica. It’s 11-14 weeks. That’s what they claim. I always add a week or two to the claims. So about 15-16 weeks.
I think we are ok until mid November most years. Sometimes mid December.
