I use a fairly good cut of meat with all fat removed. Slice in desired sizes, for me that’s about 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch thick let marinade in terriaki sauce, worchestor sauce for 12 hours and then put on dehydrator for about 4-5 hours. After that I sprinkle with a little pepper and refrigerate.
