I’m pretty excited about this new run of plants cookin in the 2x2. We have a Bob Bitchen Chernobyl, a Bob Bitchen Fireballs freebie, and a Humboldt CSI Durban Poison.
Durban has generally been one of my favorite strains, and I grew a ILGM Durban a while back that kinda ruined Durban for me, it was a pretty bland plant. I hear great things about CSI gear, so I finally have some to try.
Chernobyl S1 from Bob Bitchen I’ve grown a few times before, and it quickly became one of my favorite strains overall. Such a bright lime/tennis ball vibe that I absolutely LOVE. INSANE frost.
Fireballs (Fire Alien Kush x Cherry Puff) is a breeder favorite, Bob said it’s been his top smoke for about 10 years. That’s VERY promising.
Nice to see a durban poison grow, i love it personally. Look forward to seeing what pops up for you. Unfortunately you probably picked
a bad seed co to get a good durban from. Hard to find a good one in seed these days. Im betting csi used that colorado durban clone. Im positive youll have a much better plant with csi.
I grew an autoflower version of Durban Poison from ILGM and thats when I knew Autos are not my kind of plant to grow! I am waiting on my second order from CSI and cannot wait to see what shows up in it. I am not sure how many of those Durban seeds you have from CSI but if you wish to trade any other CSI seeds I have I would gladly do so!
I currently have some CSI Hawaiin Lites F2 growing now and about to start flowering maybe in the next week. Trying to seperate the boys and girls first
Looking forward to watching this journal you have going.
Vigorous plants make everything easier. They tend to grow themselves. Slow ones give me way more issues with overwatering etc. Look forward to seeing your progress.
I had to break these plants up and put a couple in the flower tent a little sooner than planned. No big deal, they’ll all be together again in 5-10 more days
I gave the flower tent a quick wipedown & moved over the Chernobyl and Fireballs. There’s still one plant finishing flower from a previous run & I just didn’t have anywhere to put it yet.
The CSI Durban is looking really nice & will probably fo so much better with more space to spread out now. It’ll get transplanted and moved to flower in 5-10 days. *The tan pot has an autoflower tagging along for this run, which i will likely have to flower under 12/12 but should be fine.
The Durban is a bit lighter green than before, so I increased its runoff a bit & gave a slightly lower pH feed, nothing drastic like 6.1 instead of my usual 6.3-6.4.
