Black ducting?

I am setting up my first tent and ordered ducting off of Amazon. When it showed up it was black, not silver. Will this cause a problem for the piece between the filter and the fan?

I don’t think so but If you ordered silver I would be upset if you were sent something else.

To be honest it was probably my fault. I saw the length, but didn’t read the description.

Ya Im know for doing that too. I can’t think of any reason not to run black ducting .
I may buy some because I use one centrifugal blower for two rooms it may help with not reflecting light.

I use a exterior black duct in the tent, its more heavy duty, the inside layer is silver, my first bad problem with odor turned out to be the ducting ripped and you couldn’t really see the rip, it was allowing unfiltered air to be pushed out of the tent into another room , and filled the house and area, this was some years ago in Mich.
Was scary at the time. If its that the black doesn’t reflect, it can’t amount to much loss in my tent, its above the light on the back wall, where my dehumid. heater, humidifier and fan are, lights are more forward
