Blackout Lemonaid - hybrid hype

Beautiful room full of happy ladies !!! It might just be the lighting of the photo, but the spot where the fading begins seems to be the brightest in the room, which may be a contributing factor? Strange that it’s only that plant. Pretty colors thou forsure

Gonna try and squeeze this in:

Willy G Lebanese repro. This strain is another awesome Lebanese that smokes great and finishes in September outside. HSC no longer stocks it, but it needs to be grown. Resin is out of this world. In the fall, I hope to grow some lowland afghan for a cross using pollen from this. Been dreaming about it lately.

This is some dank nugs from the KB. I’ll show the last tux later when I can get some shots.

Excellent to see you diving right back in- how did the seeds go for the Tux x Black Kandahar?

Too hard to ignore sometimes, I know the feeling. Its certainly going to be a worthy project, keep me posted.

3 more weeks for the A1 cuts - still have alot of plumping up to do by the looks of it. Im fairly inconsistent with feeding - sometimes I use a bone and egg extract, never measured - and soil is always a different mix from grow to grow. The first time I found the A1, by week 9 she had my attention on flower structure. Seems the room hasn’t reached that point just yet.

I hope I get the same results she’s gotta really fatten up. I’ve got one faded plant in the centre of the room she seems ahead.:point_down:but still not where I want to see her.

Then the rest of the plants - no fade yet on any, and need to really plump up.

The smell is on point at least - let’s just cross our fingers on flower structure - I really need to see that voluptuousness that caught my attention a year ago.

Ohhh those are lovely!

I took the tux as far as she was going to go under 16/8. I started to get a little reveg and moved her into the flowering tent yesterday.

She is a beast. In the next couple weeks I’m excited to see how she bulks. Seeds are plump and should finish easily since I’ve been taking a slow approach to flowering… there are quite a few.

Little update on day 16 of flower for my girls :black_heart::lemon:!

They are really starting with the lemonade funk, being in the front right of the tent as soon as I unzip these past few days it smacks my right in the olfactory :joy:. Very please with all 4, a little varied growth now but nothing major. They are stretching right into the normal range I’ve been getting out of these 1 gallon hempys. The strongest lemonaid smell is coming from the girl in the back right, I’ll be keeping an eye on her for sure.

Check out the girl in the back left, the black expression is already showing heavily 16 days into flower, I can’t wait to see this plant flowered fully with these colors -

All in all just some beautiful plants thus far, happy to report that I’m getting the lemonaid smells on all of the stems. As well as all of the leaf structure has absolutely thinned up and fallen in line with what you’ve experienced up til now @Soiltech .

Can’t wait to see these further along :love_you_gesture:

You are doing an exceptional job running these, ahead of most who popped these delicacies.

Looks like a nice heavy Violeta leaner with that deep dark heart, and that is what the Violeta brings. I said earlier in the thread I don’t know what Violeta was bringing to to the table… but it’s quite obvious she brings on a lot of the color we will see in this line.

And the leaves are def hitting a very familiar territory now. Those buckets are giving those plants everything they want and more, they look extremely content.

Dude your garden doesn’t cease to keep my attention, really on the edge of my seat. Thanks again for considering to run the BL, I hope it’s a real tall glass of Pink Lemonade and more.

@TeddyNuggets what pack did you end up with? Who was the mother?

About to have a forest of Lemonade terps.

Patiently waiting for more updates (or impatiently :joy:). Hard to wait for more feedback - thanks again for considering running em.

Lots of BX beans are ripening up. :point_up:Will be more than enough to find my male for the BX 2 and some to go around. This will be the only BX1 I will produce. Letting the seed bearers go until May 20th - might cut the flower only plants about a week before that. That’s putting us at about 3 weeks out till chop. 10 weeks would have been May 10th. A few packs already have got names on em, if you will run them, hit me up and I’ll get you on the list.

The A1 flowers are starting to chunk up a bit now too.

On great tracks, with an excellent conductor. Here’s to those passengers delivering.

Just popped into the room took a couple more photos - some relief with their weight gain. 14 days will put them at 10 weeks. Starting their fade all around the room now.

This is awesome to see - do you keep males around?

I see it’s early still, but do you know when you want to kick em into flower yet?

9 days away from 10 weeks for the A1 flower room.. Getting antsy to shuck the back cross beans.

I havnt flowered this cut since last year at this time - since alot has happened with this log, and the line has moved forward with other selections.

In this time others have tasted samples and brought their reviews - many have pointed out the Lavender notes, and it’s mentioned several times throughout the thread. Now I can’t stop noticing these notes… now recently a recognized breeder just launched a flavour focused seed company on the back of his ‘Lavender Lemonaid’. An interesting coincidence. Kind of cool that there is anew spotlight on this flavour, I’m super interested to see how these two cultivars compare, as I keep hearing it’s fairly worked and big on flavour. I see quite a bit of those packs floating around now.

I know this a long shot but does anyone have any male pollen from their black lemonades? Just pm me if so

Not I, I never save pollen for longer than a week, and have had real poor luck trying to store it in any fashion.

Sure there are a bunch of others with some males around the corner, but I don’t know if anyone has the space or time to harvest pollen. Maybe someone might come through.

You’ll def find a male in that pack you’ve got. Feel free to pop away and I’ll get you a pack of these BX in a little bit.

Heard that man thnx for responding. I was just trying to speed things up. Ive heard its a bitch properly saving pollen too. Oh well was worth a shot. Space is super limited im just using a lil 4 x 2 til fall. Otherwise i would have popped a few lemonades. Still glad i got your tiger mint flowering though. Its been awesome.

Guess ill reveg my bubbleberries so i can grow your bl with them and hopefully score a male.

I’m having trouble to storage pollen to… Next cycle i’ll try this protocol: “Bodhi Seeds - Sensistar x Appalachia Co-op - #201 by Guitarzan

I heard someone once say they look at it like male sperm, and don’t like handling it more than they have to…

Fresh is best, I dont’ like pollen storms, and usually use only small amounts applied in a very particular way early in a drop - usually removing the plant after a small harvest. I’ve run with that, I have no interest in stepping outside the current regiment that works for me. No plans to share or store pollen.

But power to the people who have a good method for this, and don’t mind handling it.

I have a small space… So 1 male less is 1 female more kkkk
However, if I could have more space, I’ll definitely prefer to continue to prospecting the males. But of course I would maintain some pollen of males that I love their phenotypes and genotypes

I was never into males i always culled them asap. But once i got a taste of making my own seeds ive become very interested in males. Dare i say a good male is more valuable than a good female. Harder to find ime atleast, the days of stud males has passed in a way due to fems.

Sorry im geting off topic brother yall have a great weekend.
