Hi all. Blitzman here. Figured I should start this here topic/ thread, seeings I been sitting in the corner. So sit down folks, screw ya hat on tight. I’ll tell ya bout a dream I had one night. 
. Wife was all cranky, not being her self, had the gall to tell me to stop stinking up the house. Well well well. Guess it’s time to call in a few long over due “I owe ya’s”. So I took to my pump house. It was a wood box over, I say about 4’ by 4’ with a heat lamp in side to keep the pump from freezing over the winter’s 
. After a lil fan dangling I figured it all out. I had a nice lil slab poured, nothing spectacular. 12’ by 15’. An “I owe ya”. Found a 2600 gallon fresh water tank a ol farmer I know had, said he would never use. Gave him $60 bucks. Put it on the slab and built me some walls, 12’ walls to be exact. Think that was the big cost. That and the metal roof. Few days after I got it all built up I called another “IOU” I needed some insulation. So who other do I call than my ol spray foam buddy. He brought out his big high dollar mochine and told me I would have to do the spraying and had a week to get it done. Cause he was going to Cancun. 
After a crash course in dos and don’t he was gone and I was off to the races. Needless to say I got down. Pics to come. Anyway. I like the look of the open walls with the foam. I’ll be the only one who ever sees it any way so ima leave it open. Save a lil money that way. Guess I got a few nosy neighbors cause low an behold here come the county inspector. 
Made me pull permits on electric and plumbing. Here goes another “IOU” 
Got the right paper work to finish it all out. Inspector came back and pointed a few things out and told me he will be back for a final inspection on July 21. So. I will be delayed untill then before I can set up for what I really want to do. While I’m waiting I’ll probably seal the concrete with a nice battleship gray color. Installed a portable AC unit and have a RO water system coming in soon. Build me a nice table and install some tunes. Then I’ll be set. Will be looking forward to anyone’s input.
My set up will be a 39×39×71 MarsHydro grow tent. I grow autos only so won’t need a lot of hight space. I’ll be using all AC Infinity’s fans, exhaust,and controller. Reason for the funny numbers on the tent, it’s so my light will fit. It’s a G5000 480 watt Spider Farmer. Will be the first time I have ever used it. It also can be controlled by the AC Infinity controller. I did a lot of studying and reading on this set up. Hopefully it don’t fail me. I will start with just 2 beans in rain science grow bags using only Purple Cow soil and worm castings mixed in. I did buy some calmag just to keep on hand ,“just in case”. Other than the inspection coming up, I should be set. Anyone that wants to hang out when I get everything set up and ready I’ll throw out a few bean suggestions and let y’all pick the lucky beans to grow. With everyone’s help we can git er done. freezing around Dec till end of Jan. Some winters not so bad. I have room for about 3 4×4 tents. I don’t really need a lot of room. But hey. I can add another room ifn need be.

hope you tested that tank for leaks, really would suck to find one now. I thought you might be using the tank as a grow room…
Ohh yeah. We put a pressure tester on it for a few days. Held steady. That would be wild to get one and grow inside of it.

Yeah it’s close celled insulation it should have sealed up any air leaks. Venting the AC unit outside. I just wonder if I need to vent in some fresh air maybe from the far wall. Or will just coming in the entry way be enough,? one door in one door out.
I’m probably gonna catch hell for saying this, but…
Fresh air exchange(FAE) is not entirely necessary. A lot of air movement can accomplish the same thing.
Plus-like ya said, it’ll get a FAE at least once a day when you check on the gals
I was thinking the same thing. I have 4 mini splits and I never had a FAI. If it becomes a problem I can always throw one in a wall somewhere. If it comes to that, I’ll put some micro screen to at least keep most bugs out.
