Bob Dylan sold entire collection to Universal music?

I hope he isn’t sick…Oh the commercials…maybe Bob will announce some humanitarian work with his undisclosed settlement? I’m sure he probably won’t say much to the press…6000 different re-recordings of his songs over the years, wow.

This hurts my heart already. I know in the eight seconds of what I just read and I am baffled. This is one of the single best songwriters of all time and his legacy just got handed over to the suits. I would hope and pray that this is releasing all of the stuff we’ve never got to hear or they’re going to redo everything and make something big. I hope they don’t fuck this up.

Fuck the music industry. My girlfriend was a part of it for almost a decade. She’s told me how it all works and it’s fucking disgusting - worse than you’d think, and that’s coming from somebody who already hates LA and the entertainment industry. lol

I’d have thought Dylan’s whole collection would have been worth more than the reported $300M. Prolly sold out to prevent inheritance squabbles when he dies.

I sure wish the super rich would start putting more of their money into charity since they pay so little in taxes (billionaires pay about half or less of the actual tax rate of middle class Americans). Our world has plenty of money and resources to support everyone to an upper middle class standard of living if the rich shared with the poor.

The man’s a legend, I can vaguely remember one 1990’s music awards gala where he sung ‘Like a Rolling Stone’ with various stars…The look on the backup singers faces when bob started to sing was priceless…funniest performance I’ve seen LMAO… again I hope he isn’t sick.
AAhhh it was David Lettermans 10th anniversary gala still on youtube lol
