Im in Missouri about 10 miles south of the 38th parallel and theres all kinds of stuff you can grow outdoors. Ok for reference Afghanistan is also around same parallel, same with iran , paki, some india and many pure sativa as well . Hit me up if your not dead set on bodhi
Ive done alot of research and i am actually dead set on bodhi. I have a neighbor who is a few blocks down from me who had 10+ foot tall plants so i know cannabis grows well here. But i am new and have no real experience except just a couple months of research so far. I am super excited and will post a grow journal in a few months once it all begins. Just need to decide on what strain. I like mind trippy sativa strains the most.
Just flipped 5 Mothers Hashplant Sunday. All are doing well, very wide leaves and strong stems and hoping to have enough branching to train. A couple phenos in shape as a couple are making height matching branches and others not so much.
Planted some El Wook (Mango Biche x Wookie 15) freebie yesterday. All 5 had tails. Hope flower time is reasonable!
My guess is that most anything that works well outside would grow well in western Oklahoma.
If you prefer sativa, I see that Great Lakes Genetics has Electric Hashplant in stock. Well a couple days ago. That might be a good one.
What you really might want is Bodhi’s Supernatural Selection #7, Vietnamese x Columbian x Afghani. I have worked this to F3, and I can send you some seeds, if you’d like to try them. It was worked outdoors in Northern California. It makes big colas with a really open minded high. I’m about to do a smoke report on the F3.
Can’t wait to see the el wook! That’s one I look forward to growing, but don’t want to risk my 5 foot tent being way too small for some serious stretch!
just started germinating my first pack of bodhi seeds - lemon wookie v2. I’m running them indoor and hoping i can make F2s in time for the outdoor season.
Thanks for the offer on the seeds but i think i’ll just order from glg. I think i am going to go with “zoot”. ive only found like one post on the bodhi plant guide thread on here of a guy who grew it along with raspberry hashplant and they both looked awesome. I may order a pack of something else to try to grow along with them as well.
I’ve fished all over, fun, competition or guiding with hundreds of people on dozens of different lakes and rivers. Got maybe 50 pics to show and had 2 fish mounted over 40 years ago.
Still unfriendly state with Baptists in control on the other.
Most of the time from june-september the humidity is anywhere from 50-70 percent but some days can get pretty high. Around october it will usually stay below 60. I plan on going out every morning to shake off any dew that may accumulate on the plants. Im also gonna plant marigolds around the perimeter of my yard to hopefully help with bugs.
As long as they get morning sun the dew really aint the problem
I would plant these close to garden, at least. Mine are in the garden. And what makes marigolds so nice is that they are pre annuals so they only die back and spiring back every year also they are mycorisal so they allow for your beneficial to propetuate. Just something to consider ps the plant , fungi relationship will also help with your humidity/bud rot issues
