I believe up-potting isn’t recommended during flower, but I’d assume the earlier the better.

I would think the sooner the better if in flower but I’m no expert. Tent looks really good

I usually transplant to 3gals then give the plants about 5 days to recover from that stress before having their light cycle suddenly flipped and throwing them into flower, if you’re gonna do it now I’d it it asap!

I had to transplant a handful of plants when they turned out to be female. That was always right after flipping lights to 12 12. Maybe a week into flower. Never had an issue, but the sooner the better. I would not disturb the roots as much for example.

Limit between up/potting is 2 weeks. The roots need to establish in the new media before flowering. You want the transition to be as smooth as possible as it’s the second most critical stage after germination. A bad transition ruins the entire flowering cycle.

Funny enough that was always my thought that I should give them atleast 5 days, preferably a week, but interestingly I noticed I misidentified a male 2 days into 12-12 on my current plants, luckily I had another female ready to go in the veg tent but the others had 5 days to acclimate and spread their roots before the flip. Welp, the one that got transplanted in on day 2 of flower absolutely hit the gas and is surpassing the other 2 big stretchers of the same strain
