Yeah man, it’s just a strain I’ve grown up with. Funny thing is I find that I usually prefer it mixed with something else. Lemon G by itself is so over the top lemony but I was never a huge fan of the high, or maybe I just got tired of it. Kind of meh. But for the past few years I’ve grown it mixed with other strains and it seems to make a great mom. The lemon scent passes through pretty well on the couple mixes I’ve tried. First for me was Sin City’s Mint Lemonade (Lemon G x Sinmint) and loved it. Grew those 15 seeds for a couple years. Now I know that mixing it with hashplant and wookie should just be stellar. Think I’m going to try the hashplant cross first.

It’s an old Ohio cut that you find a lot of smoke at concerts and such. I believe it is a G13 pheno of some type. @schmarmpit and I come from the same general part of the country and I knew he would have come across it from time to time.
I had the Lemon Lotus last year and it was a little too lemon for me. I had some Lemon G at a Willie Nelson Concert a few years ago with some friends. It brings back memories of going to jam bands in the late 90’s. I like Dumpster the best for local smoke but have not had it in years. That and this old cut of G13 that went around before I left for the military.
I have the Lemon HP in line first also. Next would be Lemon Wookie. Hopefully the Wookie takes that Lemon G somewhere different.

Lemon wookie is definitely not as lemony as some of the other Lemon G crosses.

I figured. I feel like most of Bodhi’s Males right now…88G13hp, OMG, and Snow Lotus all add frost and other features. The Wookie really changes the smell and taste of the female.

Just got Lemon G back in the stable. She’s something else. People talk about skunk but that stuff is loud with a capital L.
Other than deathstar the old Ohio cuts are hard to find. Misty, Orange Crush, Woody, Dumpster, Cotton Candy, Bubblegum.

Interesting. I wonder if, or how, the fat cherry x ghash is is different than the DLA10? We’re growing the DLA10 at work. Couple phenos have some really nice cherry smell/taste to them.
Edit: wonder if it is a female Ghash and a male Fat Cherry?

Dumpster is what I need. I have a good friend from college I need to get a hold of. Used to work at a backpacking store with him. His uncle was part of the original Dumpster crew and lived in Columbus. We would only get Dumpster like 90% of the time. Smoking it behind the backpacking store, just brings back memories. Young and dumb. I would love to find a cut.

It depends on the request by other testers for your first choice and so on. Last round i got my second choice but my first choice was tk x iraqi which i think had very high demand.

@PlantShepherd I loved the Cherry Queen. DLA 10 is next on my list once I get all the TK crosses. I’ve been eyeing it for months. The Cherry Queen was surprisingly strong and would make amazing concentrate. Usually Cherry flavor strains don’t get me excited because they are typically not that potent.
