Mmmm… Omelettes do sound good right about now. I’m thinking maybe a sun-dried tomato, basil and garlic omelette with a side of hash browns and bacon. An espresso and Sunshine 4 J to round it out.

Its a weird situation for sure - Im on the side hoping that the fridge clearout leads to some new lines with new males. No rush for me, my seed stash is big enough!
Ive got 3 wonder wookies at about wk3 flower, and 1 madre azul. Looking forward to these - havent seen any reports on wonder wookie, but strayfoxs william wonder cut is supposed to be really nice. Anyone familliar with its growth characteristics? Wondering about stretch as ive got two shorter phenos and one stretchy one.
This is my first go with new bar leds - im probably being conservative on lighting intensity - its 450par now on canopy, gradually raising it twice a week now. Very pleased so far and they seem to be putting off enough heat as well. We will see in the cold months but looking good.
Untopped smaller one:

Topped and stretchy:
Topped and shorter (madre azul behind).

Yeah Im pschyed for it too. Its pretty stretchy, has a nice poo funk stem rub that I associate with berry terps. Its a bit lanky, but this whole run is as they were vegged under a 150w hps while I was waiting on the upgrade.

I found a pheno of Vietnam Black x x18/Paki that was strikily similar tasting to Zkittlez, and that was after 6 months in a jar. I bet a short flowering pheno of some Larry OG/Lavender x Vietnam Black would spit out better phenos than the $500 packs.

This is basically marketing for B, Id rather hunt lineages… Not brands.

Whoa there’s a throwback tune. Instantly transported to cruising down 270 into DC for a sack and then taking the back roads home with a fat blunt. I was a different kid before moving to the mountains :joy::joy:

I’m thinking about going to DC to get a sack this weekend. DC opened up their medical program to non card holders via a 30 day temporary permit that costs $30. Out of state included. This one place has DLA 8 flowers and concentrates that I’d like to try

That’s pretty cool they have DLA available, I’m hoping some of the rec facilities will have some bodhi products available, one producer I know will be coming up was already working with some of his stuff, old soul maybe? Or field trip? I’d have to go find the IG post to be sure

I’ve seen a few out here. This other producer, altsol_dc on IG, has Bodhi’s Blood Orange in their rotation, but it’s not available atm. It says “generation 10” so I guess they’ve been working it for a while. Found a few others from random weed delivery places. Quality is always hit or miss from them though.

F10 should be a minimum of five years work if you do two gens A year.
Hard to do that and keep production plants going if you’re A commercial entity.
Customers who buy weight tend to want a known product and you gotta pay the overhead.
Unless your just green housing which is no way to select for indo and destroys your commercial space.
A lot of so called breeders (hate that werd) so zero testing under more than one condition.
Sending out to testers is hit and miss at best.
Hype is what drives the commercial success of a bean maker.
Every single one of us starts with some beans from someone else.
The one inescapable factoid of commercial genetics.
Make your own shit and share is the answer.

Good question. Especially since the pack label makes it appear there are actually 2 distinct crosses included for a total of 15 seeds. It’s unclear if they’re assorted or labeled inside the purple pack. If they’re assorted and unlabeled, F2s might be difficult and is likely to make a new unintentional cross.
