Speaking of A11g, I had a mishap in my shed and need to pop some more beans asap and I have 2 Genius Thai Extreme crosses from Useful Seeds. All of this talk of Apollo is making me want to pop a couple. Sour Princess x GTE and GTE x Chocolate Trip.
Anyone have any good words to say on GTE?

That crossed with either Sour Princess or Chocolate Trip sound fucking excellent, don’t think you can go wrong with either of those.
Never grown the GTE, or straight Chocolate Trip, but I have grown Doc Ds Chocolate Blitz, which is Chcocolate Trip x A5HT, and it is fucking killer. So my vote would be for the GTE x CT.

By gently scuffing w 150 grit sandpaper, then soaking until the floating seed sinks, i have germed 15 year old seeds. You have some oldies but goodies Bodhi strains so def. give it a shot.

Yeah, I did. I have the f4’s. Potato/potatoe. Or whatever. In my mind, the f4’s oughta be better, really. Or for sure more of an accurate representation of the original A11 Genius, considering f4 (hopefully) means more work and selection done. They certainly matched Bodhi’s description to a T, flavor-wise. I dunno about that “Sativa mind fire” he mentioned, though. I found the smoke to be a little more lethargic than I was hoping. But still good weed and very tasty.
You’re making me wanna plant them and do a seed run haha, even though I never make seeds, just so I can be like,”Fuck you, @MonsterDrank! See??? I grew those old-ass Apollo seeds!” haha…

That is A 11 G #4 on day 32 from flip. She is one of 2 standouts of the 6 females.
The other is # 2 also day 32 FF #4 is tall compared to the shorter bushier #2 . #4 has a combined fruity/cheetos smell . #2 has the same pineapple/fruit smell without the cheetos .

Agreed . Especially because of my experience with c99 tells me the last two weeks the weight really gets packed on.
I actually remember my first run with c99 I was hating her yield till she packed that amazing amount of weight on at the end.
That’s like a feature of the A11, though, isn’t it? Super-quick-finishing? None of the A11’s I grew seemed like they needed more than 49 days. I think I mighta let a few of them go like 52 days, but that was more outta curiosity than anything else.

Haha well do it…my dream for years has been an A11g project. In my vault I’ve got A11gf3s from Bodhi, Joey Weed A11 seeds from over 10 years ago, A11g x A13 by Bodhi. and the newer Apollo 11 from Brother Grimm… I’ve also got those Motarebel Apollo 13 seeds from over a decade ago. When I do end up moving into the new house this next year, my very first grow are gonna be these Apollo related seeds.
In the meanwhile I’m working on a Blackberry Lotus project… have a male and female already chosen. I wanna take those to f3 in the spring. I really dig the Blackberry Lotus… some strong Berry, hashy, earthy tastes there. Decent potency unlike Blackberry Kush. I made a few [TGA/Suny Cheba Black Cherry x DJ Short Blueberry] x Fantasy Island beans before my brain surgery ordeal. Those were the only seeds I’ve ever made myself… but I just dusted one big Fantasy Island bud when I made those. It was pretty easy to do.

I do that too… followed by a night in the fridge… and use a gentle solution of a catalyst like Botanicare Liquid Karma & plain water to jump start them… but have used dry kelp extract in the past.
I took mine to 60- something but I generally never take anything before 60 days. Even my Apollo 13… which people said to take around 55 Days… I went to 65ish.
