So I actually pulled out one of my old seed collection notebooks to take a little more of a trip down memory lane. It seems that I have ~43 seeds listed of Apollo 11 that NDNGuy sent me back in 2013 and also some of the Apollo 13 F4s still listed from Mendel back in 2011 or so. Without actually pulling out any of the jars, I can’t say whether I still have the seeds or not (although I am usually pretty OCD when it comes to shit like that) and I also couldn’t really speak to the viability of the seeds, even if I do still in fact have them.
There is also a ton of other insane shit that I somehow didn’t even remember acquiring or running until I saw them listed. Even if they are not viable anymore, some of them should be collector’s items haha. I feel really lucky to have been able to work with some of the cultivars that I didn’t even recall having. Life is fucking crazy. Positive vibes…

Just put 5 Genius Thai Extreme x Chocolate Trip beans in water since nothing from the frozen tent is coming back. Figured now is a good time to try something new and get out of my comfort zone. Haven’t ran more than 3 seeds of a strain at the same time and haven’t run anything close to a Thai.

The smaller purple one smells like a dumpster full of black olives and broken/burned vacuum cleaner belts.
The taller frostier one that’s starting to get a hint of purple smells almost like a can of sweet hairspray plus a metallic smell. Maybe fresh stainless steel plus fuel. Both me and my old lady also say there’s something else we can’t put our finger on. But we are both diggin it.

It doesn’t specify anything in my notes, so I couldn’t say for sure. I did get the pack of seeds out though and it says “Apollo 11 Gorilla Arm Pheno” and has 45 seeds in it.
Sadly, more information about them is most likely in my messages on Thcfarmer. Logic shadowbanned me from Thcfarmer for not giving him a pack of Kali Mist seeds that NDNGuy sent me, so I am able to log in there, but pages never really load. The information could also be somewhere in one of my old burner email addresses that I can’t remember the password for.
NDNGuy and I would always send care packages back and forth and he would always flood me with like 20-40+ cultivars at a time. Those were the days. Positive vibes…

The bag they are in is how he used to send his tester beans out. That’s (ex)Mrs B’s writing. So maybe they never made it to market after testing. But the question remains, why where they never run?!
If you’re looking for a reputable dude to F2 those for the community, I’d be more than willing. Though i couldn’t pop more than 20 in one go, if they all made it that is.

I have never made seeds, but there’s always a start. First I’ll grow everything out for good and if there’s something interesting I’ll ask for help F2ing the clones. But its one I have high hopes. I’ll remember to let you know.
