My first official co-op, so pretty stoked for the opportunity. Got this bodhi pack a bunch of years ago. It was fridge find. It seems to be a pretty rare one!
Its been sitting on my freezer for many years, waiting for the perfect opportunity! Well, the opportunity is now! Hope to be able to share many f2s with yall and bring this strain back to life!
I put all 11 seeds to germinate February 11th… 6 or so days later, we got 9 to come up, however, 3 just stalled and didn’t move forward, and the other 2 never popped.
6 got transplanted to 9cm pots, with organic recycled soil, with a bit extra coco coir to get a good start.
Who knows how old these seeds really are, they been with me for at least 7-8 years… but I am happy to start with 6. I think that should be enough to take these to f2!
Yesterday i transplanted them to the initial containers, since roots seemed ready! A little dip into some mycos and to their 9cm square pots, where they will reside for 3-4 weeks.
Didnt want them to feel lonely, so we popped some other bodhi packs to tag along on the journey… the sensi stars x appalachias are in the middle row SSA as tag.
@Jim nothing special bro, i usually throw them in some H202 for a min or two, give a good shake, just to get rid of any pathogen that might be around the seed surface. After that, i just stick them into a well moist plug (i soak them for a few min with really hot water), give my little prayer with good wishes, and put inside the dome! Im really like these plugs for starting seeds, specially this shape ones, the roots seem to branch out and get a good start!
