I wanted to put this up here so @Vertebrata can help with the language translations.
We have a lot of new Brazilian members and many may be confused. We had over 1/2 of the members not claim their Fall '24 co-op boxes when contacted by @Vertebrata. This is not fair to the people that want to claim these seeds but can’t because of this.

With the cost of shipping to Brazil. This cost has been covered from donation from all great members that add extra when they signed up, not individual members. The new co-op site is now OGSeedRun.com

Your distributor has done a great job working with the Brazil members. When I took over the boxes had stopped being offered to Brazil due to returns to @Sebring. It took a lot for @Vertebrata and I with the language barrier to get thing figured out. But, he did not give up on me.

Everybody needs to prepay for the boxes before they are shipped. You can do it on OGSeedrun.com or send it to @Vertebrata. If you do it on the site, when you check out just delete the shipping. @Vertebrata will contact you for the shipping and

When this is done the seeds will be shipped to him. This was discussed in the group as everybody else pays in advance. Once they leave our hands, we don’t take responsibility for loss in the postal service.

The seeds will be shipped to him when the Strain donations are collected. All shipping and his supply cost is collected by him.

Temos muitos novos membros brasileiros e muitos podem estar confusos. Mais da metade dos membros não reivindicaram suas caixas da cooperativa de Outono de 2024 quando contatados pela @Vertebrata. Isso não é justo com as pessoas que querem reivindicar essas sementes, mas não conseguem por causa disso.

Com o custo do frete para o Brasil. Esse custo foi coberto por doações de todos os membros que adicionaram sementes extras ao se inscreverem, não por membros individuais. O novo site da cooperativa agora é OGSeedRun.com.

Seu distribuidor fez um ótimo trabalho trabalhando com os membros brasileiros. Quando assumi, as caixas pararam de ser oferecidas no Brasil devido a devoluções para a @Sebring. @Vertebrata e eu, com a barreira do idioma, tivemos que lidar com a situação. Mas ele não desistiu de mim.

Todos precisam pagar antecipadamente pelas caixas antes do envio. Você pode fazer isso no OGSeedrun.com ou enviá-lo para @Vertebrata. Se fizer isso pelo site, ao finalizar a compra, basta apagar o frete. @Vertebrata entrará em contato com você para o envio e

Quando isso for feito, as sementes serão enviadas para ele. Isso foi discutido no grupo, pois todos os outros pagam antecipadamente. Assim que saírem de nossas mãos, não nos responsabilizamos por perdas nos correios.

As sementes serão enviadas para ele quando as doações de Strain forem coletadas. Todo o frete e os custos de fornecimento são pagos por ele.

I think that’s very fair. It’s not right to claim something in limited quantity just to bail and not pay.

I wasn’t around for those co-ops, but if any become available from lack of payment, id gladly claim one and pay right away :eyes:

That is how he handled it last box. The rest of the Brazil members covered them. :revolving_hearts: The thing is, people that followed the threads from the whole world that want them couldn’t get on the list.

Foi assim que ele lidou com a última caixa. O resto dos membros do Brasil os cobriram. :revolving_hearts: O problema é que as pessoas que seguiram os tópicos do mundo inteiro que os queriam não conseguiram entrar na lista.

Sorry to bother bro, but just a quick question: for the seeds from the co-ops that are opening now, when do i need to pay for shipping? I signed up for the Chem 91 (SkVa) x Sunshine Daydream and just want to make sure I’m all set.

Fala cara, tranquilo? Elas vão entrar na caixa de outono de 2025, ai uma lista como essa aqui sera feita e a gente vai poder pagar. Por enquanto só essas strains da lista precisam ser pagas.

They’re going to be on the Fall coop box 2025. A list like that one will be made and then we can pay for that. Now only those strain listed above have to be payed.

Found the co ops kinda late, If has any more space or If any1 dosent pay, @Vertebrata can contact me for we solve This problem, would like to participate for This runs or the next ones

Thanks so much for the info!
This is actually my first time joining a seed co-op, so I’m still learning how everything works.
It would be easier for me to handle payment directly with the distributor here in Brazil, if possible.
@vertebrata, if there are any updates, please feel free to post them here or send me a DM.
Really appreciate everyone’s help — excited to be part of this!

Hey @G-pas, quick question—will there be a deadline for people to make their payments? I’m asking because it wouldn’t be fair to those ready to pay if they had to sit around waiting for folks who either don’t want to pay or just signed up and disappeared.

I totally agree. I need to work this out with @Vertebrata.
I put the list up last week (without Goji & kasmir) and here with the Goji and Kasmir so he could start collecting now. I get the boxes togeather at different times.
I got the US that followed the rules and signed up (85 so far) shipped.
Canada has shipped.
I am now working on Australia. Then I will work on the next group of US people that follow the rules. I am waiting to hear from @swe-can.
I usually get the Brazilian and Europe/UK out the second week.
Everybody on the list needs to get with @Vertebrata to pay if not Paying on the site.

Publiquei a lista na semana passada (sem o Goji e o Kasmir) e aqui com o Goji e o Kasmir para que ele pudesse começar a colecionar agora. Recebo as caixas em momentos diferentes.
Recebi os dos EUA que seguiram as regras e se inscreveram (85 até agora) e os enviaram.
O Canadá já enviou.
Agora estou trabalhando na Austrália. Depois, trabalharei no próximo grupo de americanos que seguirem as regras. Estou aguardando resposta da @swe-can.
Geralmente, envio os do Brasil e da Europa/Reino Unido na segunda semana.
Todos na lista precisam entrar em contato com a @Vertebrata para pagar, caso não estejam pagando pelo site.

Payments are usually made directly with the @Vertebrata …
In the previous cooperative, we actually had a lot of beans left over… We managed to distribute them among the new Brazilian members!!!
Waiting for the @Vertebrata to express their opinion to discuss what the best solution would be!!!

Mano não é isso a verdade é que só sobrou por que algumas pessoas que não estavam na lista não respondeu e também não pagou o que era esperado para o @Vertebrata fora os que o mano @Vertebrata distribuiu que eram do estoque pessoal dele.

as pessoas que receberam essas sementes cobriram e pagaram as pessoas que não responderam em tempo hábil por um lado isso é bom mas o problema disso é que existe as regras para o as seedrun a ideia é distribuir para as pessoas que estão presentes e são participativas não é nada justo esperar que alguém faça sementes disponibilizando o próprio espaço tempo dinheiro e muitas vezes até as próprias sementes para pessoas que não estão aqui ou não querem pagar pelo frete e embalagens é como se as pessoas que fazem isso se achar no direito que a comunidade pague para ele ter sementes para guardar na geladeira.

O maior problema disso tudo é como eu disse é as regras dos seedrun para que alguem possa receber tem que estar na lista aí se alguem aqui do brasil receber essas sementes e não estar na lista por qualquer motivo é muita injustiça pois não sabemos quem e de qual lugar do mundo iria essas sementes entende, ao invés de ir para um pessoa da Austrália que perdeu a lista por causa do fuso horário e já está no fórum a anos, ela está “garantida” para usuários do brasil que não pagaram, ou tinham duas contas ou então não tinham nível para estar na lista.

Bro, that’s not exactly how it went down. The only reason we had leftovers is because some people who weren’t even on the list didn’t reply or pay what was expected to @Vertebrata. And some of the seeds that got handed out were from @Vertebrata’s personal stash, not the actual co-op batch.

The folks who did get those extra beans basically ended up covering for the ones who ghosted. That’s cool in a way, but the thing is—there are rules for these seed runs. The whole point is to share seeds with people who are present and active. It’s not fair to expect someone to grow, invest time, space, money—and sometimes even their own genetics—just to hand seeds over to people who aren’t here, won’t pay for shipping, or just want to stash them in the fridge.

What really bugs me is that seed runs have a clear rule: if you want in, you gotta be on the list. So if someone here in Brazil ends up getting seeds but wasn’t on the list for whatever reason, that’s just not right. We have no idea who those seeds were supposed to go to. Maybe someone in Australia who’s been on the forum for years missed the list because of time zones—but now their pack’s going to someone who didn’t pay, had two accounts, or wasn’t even eligible. That’s not how this should work."

Pra quem já pagava para o @Vertebrata pode continuar pagando pra ele até que ele não queira mais, quem não quiser pagar para o @Vertebrata pode pagar direto no site do OG https://ogseedrun.com/ não precisa pagar o frete mas saibam qeu ainda sim vão ter que passar o endereço para o @Vertebrata enviar as sementes e ainda vão ter que pagar o frete pra o mesmo @Vertebrata.

A outra opção é mudar de distribuidor desde que tenham um endereço valido.

Quem já pagava antes não muda nada só vai ter que pagar pelos feijões antes que eles cheguem no brasil ou seja antes de sair dos estados unidos.

I will set up a time frame with @Vertebrata when that time is up I will send the seeds to him. We were shipping seeds before payment, as all packages to Brazil were being retuned and seeds were going to stop being shipped there anymore.

Galera sei que vários de vocês já leram e entenderam, já estavam aqui outros anos, vários já mandaram mensagem para o @Vertebrata, etc e tal. Peço desculpas para aqueles que já estão ciente a ideia é só notificar todos repare que até eu estou na lista.

Hey folks, I know a bunch of you have already read and understood everything. Many of you have been around in past runs, already messaged @Vertebrata, etc. So first off—sorry if this feels repetitive. This post is just to make sure everyone gets notified—hell, even I’m on the list!

Sometimes I miss stuff because people don’t @ me and I end up not seeing the notifications, so I’m tagging everyone here just to be safe: {lista}

Also, I know I told a few of you not to worry and that payment would only be needed in a couple months. That was my bad—sorry about that. That’s how it used to be, but things have changed. Please take a minute to read the post—but in short: {resumo}
