Louisiana keeps struggling with recreational. They decriminalized, then said they were going to pass that growing was fine so long as you paid a yearly fine. I think everyone was so ok with that, they said wait a minute, let’s postpone and charge more.
If you’re in my city you would have people lined up. Good people if you put in water.
Yeah. This is an example of a “normal” meme here nowadays:
@Foreigner , I know folks that bought into the condo’s downtown and they often DON’T have water.
Yes that’s me.
And for your viewing pleasure here is the cheapest house in the city. I check every once in awhile.

I could run the hose out there. I actually have a tiny vanity we could hook it up to.
But now the price is $325 a month
Now you’re in a bidding war situation. Even on rentals.
A buddy went at 6am to line-up to put down an offer on a new dev in Milton…
He got there and there was already a hundred people lined up; some stayed on site for 2 days waiting, some had full cash payouts + overhead to ensure they got the place.
Seriously some one actually showed up with 1mil in cash to ensure they got what they wanted.
If only I were an armed robber…
I know, it’s crazy.
There are houses listed for a million dollars that you can’t even go inside until the deal is closed. It’s insane.
I saw one that was literally burnt to the ground for a half million. Land value I know, but still.
I read that 30% of Canada’s GDP is tied to housing. Mortgages, construction, etc…
But yeah @Slick1 I have references and an employment letter (fake) and a bribe if you’ll consider me.
If $325 finds it’s way reliably into my mailbox every month I don’t care if you’re employed or an asshole no one would vouch for
It’s a shed I rarely even go into so the money I would make for the extra effort of waving to an unemployed asshole in my backyard once in awhile seems like a win. I guess that depends on how they’re dealing with “waste management” though…
Holy hell, half a mil for a shithole.
So sad.
It’s also not in a very nice part of town and train track adjacent.
I think you’ll find that I have rights and could live there free for 6 months if I felt like it.
As for my own shit…I’ll just fling it into the yard like a dog I guess.
Dig a hole.
This is Jersey man, you gotta hope I don’t have any “cousins” who might “help you move”
I don’t and I’m not Italian by even a drop of blood, but it don’t mean I don’t know nobody know what I’m sayin’? Capisce?
This poor girl’s thread…
During curing is it normal to get a high humidity reading in the very beginning or should I open the jar asap?
definitely hijacked lol
Sorry! It was unintentional and completely organic lol
Also if you’re considering renting the shed from me I suggest you speak up. I’ve already had some interest from @Foreigner
How high is high?
The reason I want to rent your shed is because I spend all my money on ammunition. Also I plan to deal out the back.
I take it back, I don’t wanna live in New Jersey
put weed in, 5 minutes later shot to 68.7, wondering if it needs time to get an actual solid reading or if it’s just high and should be opened right away and just let dry more. Most of the buds are dry outside. Some wouldnt hurt to dry a little longer, but I don’t have too much time left to let them stay out drying. Going to be taking a week trip.
