Louisiana keeps struggling with recreational. They decriminalized, then said they were going to pass that growing was fine so long as you paid a yearly fine. I think everyone was so ok with that, they said wait a minute, let’s postpone and charge more.

A buddy went at 6am to line-up to put down an offer on a new dev in Milton…
He got there and there was already a hundred people lined up; some stayed on site for 2 days waiting, some had full cash payouts + overhead to ensure they got the place.
Seriously some one actually showed up with 1mil in cash to ensure they got what they wanted.

I saw one that was literally burnt to the ground for a half million. Land value I know, but still.
I read that 30% of Canada’s GDP is tied to housing. Mortgages, construction, etc…

It’s a shed I rarely even go into so the money I would make for the extra effort of waving to an unemployed asshole in my backyard once in awhile seems like a win. I guess that depends on how they’re dealing with “waste management” though…

put weed in, 5 minutes later shot to 68.7, wondering if it needs time to get an actual solid reading or if it’s just high and should be opened right away and just let dry more. Most of the buds are dry outside. Some wouldnt hurt to dry a little longer, but I don’t have too much time left to let them stay out drying. Going to be taking a week trip.
