16 days old Girl Scout Cookie has strange spots on leaves. Repotted 4 days ago to final pot. Three other plants in same conditions are normal. Any idea?

Without knowing any more, I would say you have a pH issue. To help you better, answer as many questions as you can.
What is the medium?
What is your watering pH and EC?
What is your water source? RO, tap what’s the starting pH and EC?
What, if anything, are you feeding them?
How often are you watering?
What kind of light, and how far is it?
Re-reading I see this is only one of four with symptoms. It could be suffering from some damage during the transplant. It could also just be a more sensitive plant.

Thanks for reacting, could it be light damage from LED light after foliar spray? Symptoms started before transplantation, but after seedlings moved under veg LED. At the same time all plants got the same care. May be really too sensitive plant.

Could easily be. Make certain to foliar spray when lights are out. Heard it is best if you wait an hour or two.

looks like nute burn to me, I would stop feeding and see what it does
