Bubba Kush cuts …

we have made it past the “sundowner syndrome” portion of the disease. it is considered a phase that most alz/dem patients go through.

we actually started her off on CBD oils. they DO help, and is a good place to start.
however, the deeper i got into the research, the more i found them saying that high CBD concentration actually prevents the THC from doing it’s job of removal of the amyloid plaques that build up between the neurons (causing brain cellular death). most of the strains they were testing and showed good effect were strains that had high THC (15% and up) and a modicum of CBD (0.1-3%).

a lot of kush strains had these cannabinoid profiles. bubba being one of them .

have you considered blackberry kush as a pain strain? it has been listed on several studies as a good chronic pain strain.

helps me with my back and knees (former paratrooper). it’s not the strongest strain in the drawer, but it melts the pain away pretty good. tastes good too.

i haven’t smoked bubba (yet) but i have BBK.

Very tough to obtain true BlackBerry Kush beans (I’ve been looking for Nebus version for many moons) HAOG is the ultimate pain strain (another that’s wicked hard to find a cut of) and it’s 50% BlackBerry HAOG is my holy grail for my back, neck and spasms as well as an anxiety annihilator so it literally checks every box for me. I’m now 6/7 years into my search to reobtain her.

Never smoked anything near to her for pain relief for hours and hours on end and I’ve smoked A lot of cultivars

thank you for your consideration. i appreciate you. always grateful for any help, encouragement, advice, mentoring or seeds to keep my project moving forward. i think we are too late for a cure, but it is helping with her symptoms.
still trying to work my way through the list just in case the right key is still in there.

i guess i will have to follow up with cannavore as i have not heard from him. good idea. thanks for the reminder.

also, apologies for derailing your thread off topic. :open_mouth:

No apologies necessary my friend, glad you are able to get some killer genetics. That’s what OG is all about .if/when I find HAOG I’d love to send a cut as I really think it may help too it’s like a Swiss army weed

I like BBK but have’t seen it around here for 8+ years. I enjoyed more recently Blackberry Fire but unsure if similar genetics to BBK.

@TopShelfTrees1 is HAOG the Hells Angels OG? If so i’m gonna have to look it up.
(Bodhi did the strain Angelica (HAOG x HP)).

And yes @ColeLennon is right. It is Purple Caper that makes Blackberry Fire. I had a cut once but they have Reg. seeds of BF.

seems very tough to obtain ANY true beans of ANY strain… especially in lower price ranges…

however, i have met some cool people recently who have pointed me at OG Shoreline and his stuff. affordable and amazing. i can’t say enough about the product or the person that made them. Shoreline is one classy guy.

schwaggy p was working with HAOG on his RIU thread. does he still work with HAOG?

Yezzir, an EPIC strain for pain, no joke never had anything close, she’s lanky, floppy and stretches like no other but my God it’s a glorious smoke and the effects, unmatched!

Look into Purple Caper seeds. Blackberry Fire- blackberry kush x fire lady.
I haven’t found a strain it doesn’t kick ass with med wise.

Yezzir he did, I’ve even talked with him about his blackberry cut before he semi retired. But he wasn’t into sending anything for any price :weary:

Blackberry Fire has been the best med strain out of a hundred. I’ve tried in making gummies with. I have mixed it with 50/50. My friends beg for the gummies.
MAC
Indiana Bubblegum
Blueberry Muffin
Kicks ass just as well by itself. Shit just works every time.
