Bubba Kush cuts …

Pre98 s1 is the only Bubba s1 I’ve run.

The pre98 is better than the Katsu, to me.

I have no experience with the original/Matt cut.

I’ve found S1’s and herm pollinations can produce some serious magic, resulting in more resin and new or more potent flavors.

Chocolate Trip x pre98 Bubba (R) produced a plant that could have won the Cup of my buddy didn’t mislabel a tray of clones.

It definitely looks like it could be chopped on the tops at least, but I am keen to try and maximize that old school bubba experience! Haha will probably end up chopping right around day 70

I have not had some proper bubba buds in a long while, so I’m pretty stoked!

@ElaineBenes right on, I am pretty happy with my pre98s1 plants so far, one is definitely nicer than the other, but they’re both putting out solid frosty buds

I agree there can be some really neat stuff in s1 plants and even accidentally pollinated by herm pollen seeds are capable of producing fire for sure. So many great strains came from bag seeds, it doesn’t mean they will all be good of course but I think they can be worth hunting through.

I think you do have to be patient sometimes with self pollinated seeds since they can be a bit hit and miss but I’ve had pretty good luck with them
