Out of curiosity. Does Panama have squatters rights? In Costa Rica if someone gets into your house and lives there for 30 days then they have ownership rights

No, or not that I know off
They do have a ROP ( rights of possession thing…mostly that is land that is on the national register…which isn’t much in rural Panama ( gradually provinces are getting there ( buying property ,just like Costa Rica can be a minefield…There is Scams all over the place…
My house is on a concession from ANAM ( environmental as it’s in a National park…Most transactions need to be registered with the Notory Public…everything is done in duplicate ( Spanish law)…finger prints taken etc
Mandatory you have a lawyer ( a good one

I’ve done two real estate deals here…the house I’m in was no problem as all the paperwork was in order.
A bit of land I bought years ago …had a few mistake in the paperwork at the notary office…
The guy that was selling it only had a half share with his brother…So that had to be sorted…all fucking finger prints and shit again. LOL
As I e said Panama isn’t for everyone…but I’ve adapted and adopted it…im learning things all the time…im very fond of Costa Rica …but couldn’t afford residency or retirement visa…and it’s getting ever so expensive there now…
But I’m only a hour from the border and head over to the OSA Peninsula now and then.
All I say to any folks thinking of moving anywhere…visit…do your homework, find out visa rules…get a FBI report for residency ( Notory office again
Rent for at least six month…learn some Spanish…

Been looking qt property in Belize, we are going down for a visit this year for a visit and check out the towns. Propery is cheap in places, and it is aEnglish speaking country. Will see how it goes

Have you tried the lumbo lips yet? I just had some more of the Gold Dawg and I noticed that it gets a lot better after a few days of use because I build a tolerance to the negative effects like lowered blood pressure and sweaty palms but not to the positive effects like high as fuck and happy, wide, creative head space + no ceiling.
