yep there was no real reason why I chose to use it from the start. Its only because my partner had some coco brick so i was like that will do… a few youtube videos and google searches later here I am haha!
Awesome garden brother. I wanna be just like you, when I grow up!
They look fine there just finding their way nice work man
haha thanks for dropping by Mikey! likewise loving your posts and updates
Thank you!!
If the plants are back on a 18/6 light schedule they will re veg and the pre flowers will dissappear.
Thanks its all looking nice anyhow one of those sets of plants will overtake the tent and it could well be them pesky papaya trees they tend to become like umbrellas!! lol
No coco coir doesn’t I’ve been using, 3 part nutes ( CALMAG < important ) and then Silicon and Bloom boost obviously at the correct stages of needing it!
Thats pretty much it!
but this is my first ever run…
I do know that Calmag is mega important though for coco coir something to do with cation exchange rate… stuff i havnt looked into or soaked up yet!
You just reminded me i need to order more calmag!!
Had a little bit of a sad moment! went into the greenhouse today and noticed some brown dead leaves with some furr attached to part of a bud on each stem… probably the beginning of bud Rot or mold…
Anyone know?
I didn’t have high hopes for the girl outside UK weather is ridiculous its inconsistent and plus there is no constant ariflow on it at all… besides there are lots of bugs and stuff aswell that manage to sometimes get in the greenhouse… its a shame because she was a beautiful plant! but yeah i’m unsure if i want to try save it I have amazing projects happy and healthy indoors!
heres some pics… maybe this taught me about what can happen to buds and she had a purpose!! glad i have 4 of her children inside!.. i will look at it as an experiment of mistakes and learning
Sorry to say, that last picture is definitely the start of botrytis (bud rot).
Well that explains… Thanks @ReikoX We had ridiculous hot weather followed by a humid thunderstorm for a few days… That high humidity and environment change has caused this then I imagine…
Its taught me what can happen if you lose control of an environment for just a few days! interesting it is… sad at the same time but we march on!..
What to do with her!? haha
Burn down the greenhouse and move.
Seriously though, your best bet would be to just cull the plant and focus on your indoor.
happens to all of us don’t sweat it. move on
hahaha! dress up in a massive white suite ( whilst having some death metal on my headphones and just attack with the strongest petrol leaf blower i can find… The bugs and green house will have a thunderstorm of their own!
Thanks guys appreciate the swift answers!
Does anyone care to plot me up a nice perpetual grow that would suit my tent spaces!!
I dont mind not having a mother plant I’m happy to plant from seed for now! although wouldnt mind a clone suggestion
I have the following!!
1 x Propogation box for seed germination or very small clones
2 ) 2x2 tent 5ft height! with all the stuff needed
3? 2x4 tent 6ft height with all the stuff needed
what would be the best way to achieve a perpetual grow system…
Happy to hear your methods!
Thanks BM
New kit spam… Oh how i love this garden. Lots of playing with toys to dial in the perfect invironment… which is only 1 part of the puzzle… Then its getting to know supplementation, plants themselves and some hydroponic techniques later on with my pal @anon58740919
Locked and loaded for the future!! @MarsHydro Ohh How I love this light!
